Been going here for bout 2 years, staff are nice and chill. Only thing im wondering is if they can do exchange or something. Went in and got a pixie pod ruby red, it was working for a couple of hours and then it stopped working, still full and charged fully, no clogging, but it won’t hit just flashes. Is there a return policy or is it not possible? I’d go back to ask but it’s closed.
