If I could give this location negative stars I would ! Stopped in last night and picked up 2 footlongs. When I got home both sandwich’s had the wrong cheese and were missing the Condiments I requested. Tried to call two times both times no answer and went to voicemail. Contacted corporate last night about my experience and got an email today saying that they were sorry and they would try better next time! This place is a joke .

First off, if I could give a half star I would. I went to pick up lunch for me and my co-worker, we ordered online. I cme back to the office and the subs we asked for were Chicken bacon ranch, we had them toasted. The problem is when I got back to my office which is about 5mins away, they were ice cold, the bread was hard and the cheese was not melted. I have had toasted subs before and my co-worker's bread was brick hard. We only have 30mins for lunch I sat in traffic to get there as they were working on the roads. We called to inform they of the condition of the sandwiches and were told to bring them back. We asked for a manager and was told that they were busy and to call back and the young lady hung up. I have no problem giving them the sandwhiches back, but we were on lunch and I an sure they can't just leave their jobs to handle a complaint. We called back to speak to the mananger and instead of the woman apologizing she was rude and said they wouldn't do this. I should have trusted my instinct as I have had problems with this Subwaqy before and had to take my lunch back. I will never visit this paticular Subway ever again.

Went to get a sandwich as I was staying in the hotel next door, and the doors were locked even though the sign said open. Waited and looked around but couldn't find any workers. I could see the cases full of ingredients, but no one to serve me. It was 5:30pm. Another customer pulled up while I was there and tried also. ?♂️

Best subway I've had in years. The building is so clean we thought it was new construction, the women working were all very nice and made a great sandwich. My opinion of subway has been restored !

They accept coupons. Don't go to Dorman Center Subway if you want to use your coupons. I don't know why it's different.

Customer service wasn’t that bad BUT I asked for tomato basil wrap and they gave me spinach wrap and then I asked for double meat and they only gave me single meat and charged me for double meat! I AM NOT

This Subway came in clutch. They allowed us to use the restroom in an emergency situation, and we ended up eating a pizza that was ok after the relief. Thanks, Subway, for being more of a subway than most subways.

Ordered a sandwich bread was already burnt and when they toasted it they left it in for around 5 seconds over which made it worse... then I watch them throw spinach that fell in pickles back into spinach ....then I ask for A LITTLE mustard they proceed too dump more mustard then anyone would ever need and I even said hey that's enough they still put more... was about to walk out but was on a time crunch
