Such an easy and quick experience. The branch manager helped me quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and Bryon answered all my questions. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful.

I hate leaving this, but if I could give zero stars, I would. I had a simple transaction to print out transaction history and to deposit a check, and I received a lot of push back and was not being understood for what I was asking for. The teller, unsure of her name, was appallingly rude, and I even asked if it would be easier to speak with a banker. No one stepped in when the bank had just one other customer inside (no one in the drive thru either) and no help from anyone there, and I still didn’t get the transactions printed the way I asked for them. Went to the one on the west side of Spartanburg, and it was the easiest and most pleasant interaction. It’s a further drive, but I will spend the gas money before I go back here to be treated so poorly for something that simple ever again.

Went to the branch on E. Main St and the bank teller humiliated me REAL BAD!!! And to top it off I call back and the same teller answers the phone, talks over me as I try to talk , and says the branch manager Byron is not available!!! Rude just rude

Some of the tellers are very rude and unprofessional every time I go into this bank I have a issue I was trying to get a clear understanding but the teller he wouldn't let me talk kept talking over me

I normally would go to the BB&T on reidville rd. but today I was running late for work and decided to go to the one on the eastside. While at the drive-thru. I give the all of my info. The woman proceeds to say who is this person in relation to you? I tell her that it is me. She states oh you married you needed to update your information. I said I've been paying my mortgage for 9 years and I never had a problem before. Im running late for work that's why i came to this location. She says well you can take it there and make the payment. I said I will be inside. When I came in she had my money at the one of the slots unattended??? anybody could have picked up my money. This is very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. They could learn some customer service from reidville rd.

im not sure why everyone else says the customer service is bad, i have been banking with them for a while now and the employees have been very nice to me and have done very good jobs resolving any issues i had.

It would be nice if the ATM would get fixed. I've been using other ATM's all of 2021 and it isn't free. This branch has become incompetent since the merger. 30 yr customer.

E. Main Street. I have a few accounts there and a mortgage and Heloc and am also a shareholder. The lobby is always closed and they have become the very symbol of inconvenience. There was a BB&T down the street before the merger and a Suntrust downtown. Any one of those locations should have been left open and this branch should be closed. I will slowly and strategically begin to move my accounts to another bank. I strongly recommended new forward thinking managers interested in keeping customers happy be hired at that location.

SunTrust side is rude, they shorted me 50 dollars when I went to get change. They did not band the ones when they gave it back to me, so I couldn't count it until I got back to my store, they did not post that there lobby is closed. Really terrible, had to wait in a hot line twice because of them. Maybe they should learn customer service from there bbt side.

Had two order money two days in advance to get 10000.00 and when we went to get it all they could give me was in 50.00 Dollar bills what the Heck, they tried there best for me not to get it at all and then this. I would recommend a different Bank sorry poor service
