When I tell you these guys worked a miracle on my dodge caravan…THEY DID A MIRACLE!!! My van hasn’t been this clean since I purchased it 3/4 years ago. The owner was great!! Was one of the best auto car wash tunnels I've ever used. The current state of the art equipment delivers a quality wash with the first pass. I did notice and I'll note that no auto I've used will remove dried on road bugs, and this one was no exception. I do think with a little pre treatment from the staff with a cleaner and a brush prior to tunnel entry would rectify this problem.
