You guys manage to lose over half of mine and my neighbors mail, and when I call the local postmaster nothing happens. I wish you would just shut down, hire decent delivery staff, and let someone who will put in the effort to actually deliver my mail be in charge. You lost three packages of mine, lost another about 4 of my partners, and manage to lose my neighbors too, I’ve received neighbors sensitive documents in my mailbox, I’ve record packages for my neighbor in my mailbox, and I’m sick of it, learn to do your jobs properly

They ALWAYS lose my Amazon packages if it’s too big for my small apartment mail box. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is the 4th package in a year from Amazon that has not been properly delivered to my address/parcel box. I live in an apartment and they always either put the key to the big parcel box in someone else’s mailbox or they deliver my package to the wrong door. I bought a ring doorbell and get alerted when people are at my door. I’m beyond frustrated. They need to do better. This is ridiculous. Amazon is tried of giving me my money back at this point and I’m tired of having to go through the hassle of having to file reports wait ect. I have filed several complaints with the post office locally and evidently they don’t care because it’s the SAME PROBLEM EVERY SINGLE TIME. ?

Package never delivered, Was supposed arrive 2-3 days before thanksgiving. Package still has not arrived, Service request did nothing, I have called about 6 times. So I will write a zero review every single day that I can.

Got denied Chang-of-adress process and was told it can only be done online. Very unprofessional and filled a complaint .

Came twice in two days for help with a P. O. Box and each time the person helping me was very nice and helpful. Great people working here!

They no longer deliver packages and they don’t even leave anything in your box saying you have a package.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to! They are deceiving! We entered into an agreement with Amazon for the delivery of goods, but do not want to do this. They will only deliver what is convenient for them. When they don't want to deliver your goods to you, they will say that your way to the house and the front door were blocked. I work from home every day and have several cameras on the walls of the house and I can prove that no one even tried to come to me with a delivery.

I had 80+ calendars to mail out individually. Dexter and Jeff at the counter made the whole experience pleasant despite the holiday crowds. Dexter in particular was kind and helpful in processing each shipment. He had a great attitude and lots of smiles. Thank you!

doesn't even deserve one star.The worst post office ever. The staff has a terrible and rude attitude. As soon as i walked in one of employees immediately showed the disrespect, the way she looked down at me and, without a greeting, asked in a rude manner what I needed. She didn't listen, she just handed out a booklet that couldn't even help me. When I said I called to customer service where I was informed that I need to go to the usps store in person and do some kind of paperwork the same employee literally turn her face off.I have witnesses to this conversation with the staff. She also faced their attitude.Of the usps staff does want to do they job maybe something should be changed.All of them deserve to be fired.

This is the MOST unprofessional Postal experience I’ve ever had. The Younger Lady with the Natural Puffy Hair she wears wigs sometimes called me “This One” when she had my ID in her hand all because I wanted to file a complaint. The WHOLE STAFF needs to be fired just rude & nasty! I’m so disappointed!

Staff here usually so friendly and helpful! Fast and pleasant too even when lobby is flooded and sometimes short staffed. Very accommodating with any questions I ever have and never give me sass or rudeness when I need help with things like tape or pricing like UPS does
