Quick, easy, and helpful! Was just back again today, and they were the most helpful of any Verizon store that I have been to yet!!! They did their best to get me the best deal for the money!!! Thanks so much team!!! Tyler and Brandon were amazing!!! I really appreciate all the help that you gave me!!!

This place has vastly improved since my last time in here. I normally go to the Forest City location but this was an emergency. Great service. In and out in about a half hour. Took that long to transfer data to new phone.

Just left the store a couple of hours ago. Trying to find a number I can call and see if they have the device I need, bur there's no way to contact the store. Other than that the service I was provided was AMAZING! After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with verizon last night and they made huge mistakes .I wasn't in the best of moods. But the man who helped me in the store was super fast and super friendly. The lasy who checked me in was awesome as well. Will continue to visit this store when I have issues.

This store is absolutely awful. There customer service skills are very poor. They do not know how to treat people at all they have im better then you audites. I will not be back at this version at all

This store is absolutely awful. The employees there are all rude and very unfriendly and unwelcoming.Even the management is awful they all need to take customer service classes. Not a place of business I would choice to go to or spend my hard earned money at. I don't like the Hillcrest store at all. I will drive to Westgate from know on if I need any help with myverizon phone

Over priced. And keep in mind...for instance when I moved from NY to Pennsylvania...and changed my Verizon #... Verizon of NY kept billing me for a turned off # in NY while Verizon of PA billed me for the 412 Pittsburgh #. If ATT and T-Mobile closed...I still would not use Verizon

They figured out why I had no answering machine sense last june. Manager was very acomadating and had to call custumer service to fix problem.

The young lady inside the store was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not with Verizon. I was there buying my dad a new phone but if I switch this would be the store I'd go to.

Went to Verizon today! And I heard very stupid and illogical things .. They wanted to take 4 numbers, and devices for them for zero dollars, as indicated in their promotion! I don’t have a credit history yet, according to the law, you have to wait a year for the credit history to grow! We have all the documents, and we were not given the devices that they have for zero! because my credit history does not allow me to take phones for zero dollars. The fact that we would pay $ 200 every month, they did not check if I could pay them, but the devices for zero, they checked, and said that we would not be able to issue this credit!! And when we asked why? We were told that everything is fine, so right, logic is zero .. Any other person can take it for zero, but I can’t, what is written on the window means a lie! This is very similar to discrimination!

We had a young man named Barry as our sales person. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to us. Gave different plans with different options and did not push AT ALL. He took time with us and let us decide together, my husband and I. He let us decide on what worked best for us. Any questions we had were explained and discussed. He is a keeper Verizon! We plan to go back and hope to have him help us again with anything that comes up. EXCELLENT salesperson!! Thank you Barry!
