“At first, I was dealt with by a racist employee who treated us poorly; he tried to act like a nice guy while explaining that buying a tire would require a 3-to-4-hour wait for pickup, even if we just wanted to take it with us without having it installed. I suggested to my companion that we go inside to speak with someone else, as I couldn't believe that was really the case. Once inside, I spoke with the manager, who confirmed he could sell it to us right away. I highly recommend this company, but you really need to be careful about the people working for you; while most do a good job, a single person failing to do their job properly can damage the company's reputation.
