Customer Service is easily 5 stars. The only problems are with the post office itself. The weekday hours are impossible and it's not very user friendly.

5 stars for the Starr post office. Very friendly. My dad and I enjoy taking our packages there.

Paid over $17 for Priority Mail package….amount determined byon-duty postal employee…..gave us tracking receipt…..4 days later package RETURNED to my address saying NO POSTAGE!!!
