Says it's open 24 hours but my husband and I just tried to get late night snacks and the woman working had locked the door. Saw us outside and then just went in the back. Clearly not 24 hours

The only reason you get a 2 and not a 1 is that I got a chuckle from your response! "Non-alcoholic beer!!?? WHATS THAT!!??" was his response. After a short explanation he hung up on me! Not sure if he was rude or he just melted down at the thought!? LOL!

I'm traveling far from home and my tire warning light lit up indicating it was low. I also needed to fill up my gas tank so I figured I'd call around to the closest gas stations to see who had a working air pump. Well, I had the displeasure of reaching Mike (pretty sure that's what he said his name was, but if I heard incorrectly, then it's the male cashier on duty today at 7:35pm exactly). I politely inquired as to whether they had a working air pump and he spat out "No" and I started to ask "Would you mind telling me if you know of any in the area?" and I barely got out the "W" in "would" and realized he had hung up on me. I'm not going to drop $75 to fill up my gas tank when you can't muster the absolute bare minimum of politeness and by that I mean just don't hang up on people! I can understand if you're busy and I do not expect some extended conversation where we trade mundane pleasantries. I merely needed to verify whether your air pump was working and since it was not/nonexistant, it seems reasonable to expect Not to be hung up on long enough to get my follow-up question out. Or at least terminate the conversation properly with "Bye" or "Good luck" or I'd even be fine with "I'm busy.". So much for Southern Hospitality.
