They bring up information on your credit report that's 9 years old. I was approved, but manger wouldn't let me rent due to my son didn't pay off his account, Sometimes, it's not worth it, Just take your time and save the money. That way, you don't have to worry about payments and phone calls.

Got approved, send all required documents, lease, payment plan, being that I’m from NY & only been here 8 months, they told me they can’t accept my NY ID & I need a SC ID, yet u had my card, my lease, & how much I get paid monthly but stated that’s how it goes, management didn’t help, account manager & another employee didn’t communicate properly, no one ever returned my calls, had to call them numerous times, horrible, poor communication, no let’s see if we can help, nothing, I got everyone’s names if I have too disclose it, you’re a simple lease place, they assumed I was going to falsify, BAD EXPERIENCE

Something they won't tell you if you rent from them if you have mice in your house they won't service anything even if the product doesn't work when you bring it in the door I would suggest not going through them at all ever I didn't even want to give him one star but in order to post this I have to at least give him one

Ashleys attitude is horrible then I purchased a couch they forgot to put it in the system that it was already purchased and sold my couch. Had to wait an entire week for a new couch. Next week comes I misunderstood the delivery process and Ashley was so ready to cancel my order. Now my couch. Has this huge tear in it. Columbia Aaron's was way better

My mom and I went there on June 30th to pay our bill. There was this new person there she didn't even know what she was doing. So my mom and I handed her the money and she said we were short and I told her we had all the money together I felt like the charged us double because her mistake. That new person they hired is the worst after I'm done paying off my items I will never rent from Aaron's again unless they hire people who know what they are doing.

So far I haven't had a pleasant experience. Everything is difficult except getting approved. Communication from them is horrible but I bet if a payment was missing I would get a phone call. I ordered a waher and dryer the manager Talked me into getting a NEW SET because the used set I got they told someone else it was available still after I got it and he would discount a NEW SET. Not one told me this I found out when I went back up there for a different reason. Well when it was delivered the delivery person then told me they switched the dryer for a used one. I let that go. Ohh but nevermind the fact that they forgot to set up delivery for that day and I just so happen to call to confirm and found out it was set up. Fast forward. New lease first I had trouble with them honoring the online deal they finally did and set delivery for next day... after spending time making room for the couch set that was suppose to be delivered at the end of the day waiting 2 hours before the scheduled time I called them to confirm the delivery to find out they can't deliver it for until the day after tomorrow... But no one ever reached out so I'm going to assume it's not their job to do so. So I guess I'm going to have to ask for them not to reach out if the payment is late as well.
