Ashleys attitude is horrible then I purchased a couch they forgot to put it in the system that it was already purchased and sold my couch. Had to wait an entire week for a new couch. Next week comes I misunderstood the delivery process and Ashley was so ready to cancel my order. Now my couch. Has this huge tear in it. Columbia Aaron's was way better

My mom and I went there on June 30th to pay our bill. There was this new person there she didn't even know what she was doing. So my mom and I handed her the money and she said we were short and I told her we had all the money together I felt like the charged us double because her mistake. That new person they hired is the worst after I'm done paying off my items I will never rent from Aaron's again unless they hire people who know what they are doing.

So far I haven't had a pleasant experience. Everything is difficult except getting approved. Communication from them is horrible but I bet if a payment was missing I would get a phone call. I ordered a waher and dryer the manager Talked me into getting a NEW SET because the used set I got they told someone else it was available still after I got it and he would discount a NEW SET. Not one told me this I found out when I went back up there for a different reason. Well when it was delivered the delivery person then told me they switched the dryer for a used one. I let that go. Ohh but nevermind the fact that they forgot to set up delivery for that day and I just so happen to call to confirm and found out it was set up. Fast forward. New lease first I had trouble with them honoring the online deal they finally did and set delivery for next day... after spending time making room for the couch set that was suppose to be delivered at the end of the day waiting 2 hours before the scheduled time I called them to confirm the delivery to find out they can't deliver it for until the day after tomorrow... But no one ever reached out so I'm going to assume it's not their job to do so. So I guess I'm going to have to ask for them not to reach out if the payment is late as well.

front desk staff was SUPERRR kind!!! got decent help but prices were just a little high for preowned stuff to me. was a huge hole In the ceiling when i got up there which would not of had been a huge deal if I had not had gotten a wet from the drips ehkk

I placed an online order for a kids bedroom set. The time frame delivery was on point. It actually came sooner than expected. Then , I had the pleasure of speaking with a nice young lady name Victoria from Broad St. Aarons in Sumter SC. She was very helped and made everything smooth for me. She even got me set up for automatic payment easily .

My experience was very favorable. I really enjoyed Jessica who was very friendly, Marshall got the preferred appliances ordered (in-store) very timely, and Josh (delivery guy) was awesome. Really enjoyed talking with him. He was knowledgeable about the appliances and gave great service not to include being right on time... Great store to shop for appliances and home furnishings.

I moved from CA 6 months ago and was/still leasing from Aarons there with no problems whats so ever! Sumter Aarons location has been a total JOKE !! I finally was able to rent to own.and have a new washer/dryer come late today or tomorrow, when by 3pm I started looking for Marshall, Mgr @Aarons Sumter, to call me 1 way or the other, really since lunch...so I call the store and good ole Desmond, whom never knows a thing about nothing, answered ! Marshall, Mgr of Aarons location Sumter, had today off. So he knew yesterday that he was LYING THRU HIS TEETH, to me....Wonderful customer service!!

I like the washer and dryer I received. My problem is it wasn't installed correctly, so my first load of laundry cost me over $400.00 to wash. I contacted the store and the manager said he would get back to me. That was 11 days ago. The only thing I know is they took their payment. A minus 100% is too good for them.
