Very clean and organised store. The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help even when the store is busy. They actually know the differences betwixt a screwdriver and a sasquatch. I can't say the same for many at big box stores whereas associates are specifically trained in the ancient art of saying "I don't know".

I usually shop online for most items. However, when I needed immediate assistance in selecting and purchasing the correct replacement part for an RV, ASAP, I immediately contacted my local ACE Hardware store for assistance. I must say that my family and I are very grateful for the knowledgeable and friendly customer service provided by ACE's associates. We got the correct part in time for a family getaway. Exceptional service like this can not be found online!
