“Trevor came to fix my Samsung Top load washer but was unable to fix it. He tried to find the parts and called his office to have them search as well with no luck. He was thorough and dedicated to fixing my washer but without the parts, it was a losing battle. I so appreciate how dedicated Trevor was in trying to fix my washer and his research on where he might find the part. He is a true asset to this company.”
