I work nights and googled Burlington for their holiday hours in hopes I could run over there and pick up a gift for a friend. They have posted CLOSES @ 1am. So i really went out of my way to go there and only needed about 10 mins in the store. I arrived at 12:33, walked in the door just to be told they were closed. Very frustrating. So,
basically made the trip for nothing as the two girls apparently were not willing to honor their own hours. So much for welcoming customers.

I went shopping here the other night with my family, and the staff knows how to make you feel unwelcome! They went on the intercom to say, “Watch all areas and cameras.”
I know they were referring to us because we were the only people in there! Some people like to take their time and shop! That lady with the little bun, Bri, was walking around watching us like we came to steal. She wasn’t even trying not to be discreet.
1. No one had big bags.
2. Everything had Ink alarms.
3. Their carts lock at the door!
I have money to shop! It’s ridiculous how the staff made us feel that night.
If you can visit the Florence location!

I love the store great deals clean store sales associates are great half of them at least. I shop here 3/4 times a week. My only complaint is that if your hours say one thing that’s what it should be. I got in the store around 10 there were 5 repeated messages about closing they locked the doors at 10:36. Why when you close at 11. This is not the first time this has happened and they closed before the time. This store gets a lot of traffic and what do you think will happen when people keep coming and the doors are locked early. Change the hrs if that’s the case. Or remove the ones that have an issue with being in the store until close..

Long lines no sense of urgency this is everytime I come which is more than 8 times a month. It's ridiculous. You can ask the cashier's to call someone for help and they won't. The line is always here to glory. If there is more than 3 to 4 people in line you need a back up cashier.

Clean store and very nice employees. Only down fall, not a big section of kids/girls' shoes, size 4, or shorts size 7/8, 9/10. The average cost of each tops/bottoms is $7. Outfit sets around $13. I did find a few shirts for $4 but not cute styles. Found a nice Madden Girl Backpack and matching mini backpack (will be used as a lunch bag) for school. Along with a discounted glammer mini purse for pencil case. My girl will be going back to school, styled nicely with big confidences.

I love their tea and spice section; they offer unique organic items. The store items are also affordable; however, the staffing needs improvement, as it feels like they are short-staffed.
