Great shop! Awesome selection of different cuts of meat. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone more times than I can count and had great service each time. If I noticed that they don’t have a specific type of meat out in their display that I am looking for, they pull out a fresh uncut version of what I need and allow me to choose the specific cut I want from it. I would 100% recommend going to them for any meat you need.

Place always has the best meat and sides as I need them. The staff is always great to talk and interact with. The place is small but we'll organized. I really appreciate getting the pork schnitzel! Can highly recommend this butcher!

When asked what grade of meat they were selling the answer was "Sterling" (that's a brand, not the quality rating). I wanted to know whether the meat was USDA Prime or Choice or Select but they could only tell me it was "Sterling". Not impressed. Expensive.

Amazing friendly people, today was the 1st time I've been in there, they have beautiful cuts of fresh meat, and frozen premade dishes, spices,jelly,syrup. Lots of yummy stuff. I bought stuffed peppers and they were delicious, I also bought a key lime pie, chicken salad, Watergate salad...all I can say is delicious ?. I also bought chicken Tetrazzini but it's in the freezer. I'm definitely going back.

Writing this review as my ribeye literally melts in my mouth. WOW! Delicious! This is my first experience buying meats from a butcher shop and I will definitely return back to Carnivore.(I got 2 thin cut ribeyes, 1lb of steak fat, and a package of jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon.)
