A truck was purchased from Chase Automotive in October 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the truck could not be driven home the day that it was purchased. The day that the truck was picked up resulted in an unforgettable and horrible experience. There was no gas in the truck but the owner did provide $5.00 for gas. The $5.00 did absolutely nothing for the gas tank. The battery was dead in the truck so his assistant jump started the battery. I drove the truck home and the battery light plus the gas light was on when I left the dealership. The next day, the truck was not drivable because the battery was dead again. I was late for work due to the issues with the truck. The owner of Chase Automotive was contacted about the dead battery but he was arguing with me then he hung up the phone on me. I had to pay someone to help me use a jump start on the truck so I could return the truck to his dealership. The owner did buy a new battery but accused me of leaving lights on inside the truck. Chase Automotive is unprofessional and does not care about their customers. I would strongly advise you to avoid purchasing your vehicles from his dealership.

This is our second car from paramount motors both run amazing! The one we just got we just drove to Indiana and back and had no issues! Ran smooth! Jesse and chase are so kind. I’d recommend them to anyone I know!

Bout a truck 2 months ago was told title would be finished by may first. Wasn't even taken to DMV till may 23 still no title and haven't been able to drive truck since tag expired on 5-15-18
