I spoke with someone (name unknown) on Thursday the 15th to confirm my prescription could and would be filled on Friday, she assured me it would. I called on Friday and was told there are no refills, and that I need to contact my doctor. Mind you, my medicine would be out the very next day, and I knew it being Friday that I'd have very little chance getting ahold of my doctor which is why I called the pharmacy the day before. Today, my doctor gets the medicine called in. I received an approval authorization email, so I called the pharmacy. She acted very clueless, and I kept explaining what the situation was. She finally says the medicine is on back order and you guys haven't had it in months. I told her that wasn't true because I just got it filled there last month. She told me to find another pharmacy. I've been out of my medicine for days, strictly due to your misinformation. Had I known there were no refills on Thursday, the first time I called, I could've got my Dr to send it in then, and I would've known it was on back order there, so I could've went elsewhere. Now it's once again too late to get my prescription sent somewhere else and it'll be another day or more without my medication. I've had many issues with this pharmacy over the years, but this will definitely be my last.

I switched to Colonial RX from another large chain pharmacy and have never regretted it. I take a fairly large assortment of medications and can always count on everyone there to help with any issues. During my last refill cycle one of my medications was not filled and I didn't realize it until after I arrived back home (my fault as it is my responsibility to double check!). I called and spoke to Courtney who had been helping me at great length with an insurance problem all day 9 several days actually) and knew I was stressed out. Courtney offered to delivery my medication after her shift so I wouldn't be without it over the weekend as it was Friday close to closing. All of the pharmacists and techs do a tremendous job there and have my 100% gratitude.

I’ve never had so much problems with a pharmacy until Colonial Rx. First off they kept contacting the wrong number instead of mine, then when I called to pay for my prescriptions they told me that one of my medicines weren’t covered by insurance but later I find out by calling a second time that it was covered by insurance and I didn’t have to pay for that one. And trying to get a hold of them is another problem, I called for two days on the days they were “open” but they never picked up the phone. Finally after getting a hold of them, I asked when my medication would come in the mail since I already paid and they said the card wasn’t charged so the medication wasn’t sent out and still no one contacted me about the problem. Then they said the card was declined but I just checked the balance and I’ve used it with no problems. I’m pretty sure the employee I gave the card information to most likely messed up the numbers. My dermatologist appointment was on December 18th and I still haven’t gotten my medication, THANKS COLONIAL RX

Colonial Rx is awesome! All of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are super nice. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes for a Rx to be filled. It's usually more like 5-10 mins. I highly recommend doing business with them!
