Janeisha was very helpful when I came in with an issue with my phone she helped me get these annoying ads off and then explains why I kept getting those spam pop ups and how to avoid them she was very professional and patient with me during this interaction I think she deserves a raise

In today's day and age you can get the whole world delivered to your front door. But I'm old-school, I like walking into a place to spend my money... And boy am I glad I did .. Christopher at the Sumter Cricket is what makes my money always well spent. If it was not for Christopher I'd be spending my money elsewhere. Thank you Christopher and thank you Cricket for recognizing that customers still want personalized service and providing the best customer care I've had in ages..

I've been a customer of cricket for 13 years walked into the store with a problem and they looked at me like I was dumb they couldn't tell me why my phone wouldn't cut on although it had a full charge and then it couldn't give me no advice on how to get my answering machine or whatever you want to call it off of Spanish somehow I went to Spanish but they couldn't tell me how to get it off of Spanish so I believe they have people working in the store that don't know nothing about Cricket telephones or the knowledge of a cell phone so I will be looking for another carrier to go with

For a free phone they want over 100 dollars,plus they reduce your data 2 DAYS before your bill is due

Very poor customer service. I was over charged after Karen was extremely rude. When I walked in I asked her about getting a new phone for myself. She spent about 2 minutes with me and when I asked her another question about the phone she rolled her eyes at me and went back behind the counter talking on the phone. Completely ignoring me. My wife noticed and left the store because she did not want to get into with her. She's a much better person. Also overcharged me for a charger for $25 I did not ask fo r I didn't realize it t until I go t homey I recommend you drive to Columbia or Florence cricket store and avoid this one

The store is small but they have a lot of inventory. I got in and out pretty quickly. The sales clerk seemed to know the product very well.

Sumter cricket employees trying to get commissions with out permission. Added 2 protection plans to my phone bill WITHOUT asking or my permission. Then when we went inside again to ask why my bill went up 19$ a month they played stupid. So I had to waist another 40 min of my time calling cricket. They explained what the store did and then fixed it. Can't trust employees then we won't be back.

First day of the new pool league session and a visitor from North Carolina went into this store which is at the end of the strip mall from where pool league was playing, and the guy working who also closed the store today...took this woman's money and wouldn't give it back...or it's how it was explained to me. Guy locked the door and took off before he could be asked what was the deal.
