Evelyn was my customer service person here in Sumter SC. 41 Calhoun Street was the store she is awesome. I will shop here at this store every time I need something.

This store REEKS of mold. When it rains, it literally pours inside this building. It's a health hazard & I don't see how ppl go inside or work inside this building. The carpets are soaking wet, & they have buckets sitting out to "catch" the rain. DHEC needs to shut this building down.

I have my prescriptions set up for same day delivery, Had a prescription refilled on Friday 5/17/2024 and set it up for same day delivery. It was confirmed, Today Saturday 5/18/2024 and I am still waiting for prescription. Website says it's at the pharmacy and waiting to be shipped
Seems like they need to redo delivery

Talk about slowwwwwwww in the pharmacy!! I have been dealing with cvs for 20 years I moved here to Sumter and I have never ever seen a CVS pharmacy that was extremely slow. I mean I sat in the line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me . Told to come back within a hour to get prescriptions came back a hour 30 minute later and still not filled . CVS you need to send the district manager or the manager over the pharmacy to this location because the staff at the window seems like they have no clue on how to run the window .

The pharmacy cashier held up a line to help a customer read his wife’s shopping list. The cashier should have asked for help for the customers waiting. Bad customer service on the cashier’s part.

Do not use this pharmacy. I requested my rx be transferred to my Dr. Office pharmacy. 48 hours later and still they have not transferred my rx. Also, the staff is extremely rude.

Disgusting store with horrible pharmacy employees. Attitude city and don't want to work. They'll lie as easy as a human being breathes. Don't be fooled by the few "great" reviews on here. Those are filler reviews from people they know. This is true a "One Star" store and even that's too high for them. The cashier's are great but the pharmacy needs to be cleaned up. I'm transferring all my prescriptions from this holdover from lazy ville
