The woman who took the call “Stacy” is literally not even letting me get a full sentence out, she’s interrupting me repeatedly while I try to explain the sentence (in the beginning of the sentence by the way). I’m just trying to get my prescription transferred & they won’t do it all. They claim they can’t but the CVS in Columbia transferred my prescription no problem. They’re just not trying to help.

Overall reviews of this place is a 2.1 which is being nice.You walk in and feel the tension this store has been voted in the Sumter Community as the worse retail establishment in our county...the half dozen times I've been in there...I'm done...I will gladly drive 5 miles up the road just at least to get my human existence acknowledged...I sure hope they change soon

I recently had to switch to this pharmacy due to new insurance. I have not had the bad experience so many people claim in these reviews. They transferred my scripts quickly, my scripts have all been ready close to the time listed in the app, and I received a prompt return of my phone call after leaving the pharmacy a message. I’m not sure why so many people are having bad experiences, but I’ve found using the app for script management has been working smoothly. Thank you CVS employees for making my visits hassle free.

If I could give it zero stars I would... worst pharmacy ever. They never have enough staff, there's always one person behind the register and that same person is also the person attending the drive thru, so it doesn't matter if you're picking up meds inside at the register or at the drive thru, expect to wait over 30 minutes on any given trip. They're super slow and they don't seem to care or work with any sense of urgency at all

I have called 3 times. You can't get through to the pharmacy you have to leave a message. No one has called me back all week. I put in for a prescription transfer and there is nothing. The tracking the automatic email that's sent doesn't even work any more. I will be using a different pharmacy.

There is no sense of urgency here and no one ever answers the phone 90% of the time you can’t find a cashier or any help in the store

I guess on Sunday there drive through is closed but no sign stating that they don’t even come over the speaker to tell you to come in and then you do go the act like you are a bother very rude

Today we arrive for an rx pick up noone here. The pharmacist commented rudely abt this ain't no credit card swipe. Guess what lady I as well work in the health field. You need to work at a laundry mat with ur horrible attitude period. Sadly I needed my medicine or I'd never come here. My advice close the door. Very nasty horrible customer service. Came here for years. Won’t be back unfortunately.
I was picking up medication for my child and waited two hours for pick up. Go to pick it up.. it “wasn’t” in their system. Frustrated but patient. I was polite and asked how long they think it will take to completely send over. I was telling the lady up front he has pneumonia trying to process what I was gonna do. She tells me “so do half these people” pointing out the other few people in line. Rudely trying to embarrass me in front of everyone. Threw me completely off guard and I explained to her I wasn’t being rude (heated by her remark and tone) and she switched up her energy.. Meanwhile the sweet lady in the back pulled his name and prescriptions up right away and was very helpful.
Just be nice to people. Kindness costs nothing..

I leave one star only because I have to. This is the slowest pharmacy in town. I've waited over 30 mins in the drive thru with 3 cars in it for my scripts. Going inside isn't any better either. I don't know what the problem Is but I really hope they fix it because I'm considering driving out of my way to go somewhere more efficient.

The worker Jared is very unpleasant and just rude he cussed infront of children and is just not polite. Sam is one of the workers and she is one of the sweetest loving people you’ll ever meet so if you need help go to her!
