So, first they cancelled my automatic refill, because they had neglected to order in medication. After re-ordering, they tell me they don't have enough and are kind enough to give me six days worth. The next day they say it is filled. When I get home I realize they have shorted me 6 pills - minus the six from the day before and minus six more. I should have received 24 pills (of 30 because they gave me the 6), but it is filled for 18 pills giving me 24 of 30 total. They say there is nothing they can do because they already submitted for 24 even though they had the prescription for 30 and insurance will not fill again until next month. They tell me if I can remember who took care of me yesterday they could address it. Really, you cannot check to see who is entering things on YOUR computers? And if they could, it does not change what the insurance's stance is. If this fiascos occurs next month, I am done.

Dropped off 2 prescriptions at 12 pm today. They said they'd message me when they were ready. Called them at 5:45, 15 minutes before closing, and their automated system told me they were filled but I couldn't make it to them in time. Thanks CVS! I really need my medication!

You get a because I can't leave a review without giving you at least 1. Put my script on hold and not tell me? You determine it shouldn't be filled, yet don't contact me AT ALL! I find out by looking at the app. Call to ask why. On hold for 30 minutes. Get in car and drive to the store. Still on hold, mind you. Walk up and ask if phones work. Yes ma'am. Really? So you just ignore them? Refuse to answer? Ok then. Why don't you contact me to let me know you've decided to hold my script?? Ma'am, we can't call every person who ... no , Sherlock! Why do you think I was CALLING YOU?? So it's a whole phone issue! Is that it?? No more. Never ever ever again. #ChristmasPharmacy ONLY from here on out.

Drive-Thru pharmacy is extremely slow. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the window the manager proceeded to tell me that they were closed. I told her I didn’t have anything to do with that I’ve been in this line over 30 minutes. She said well the camera for show you’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes so I asked to see the camera. Then she lied and said the register wouldn’t let her ring anyone else up. I didn’t move so she then asked for my info so she could pull my prescription. Long story short the manager was very rude and lied to my face twice.

This CVS pharmacy is the most unprofessional unpleasant business I have ever seen. They will talk about how they hate a certain customer they never answer the phone I think it's this CVS as a whole because they are understaffed because the CVS near the the hospital is 100 times better. The pharmacists and the techs are very very very unprofessional. Do better CVS on Alice Drive try to remember why you wanted to be in your career field and if it's just for the money maybe you should move on and do something else.

Calling the pharmacy is close to impossible.I call a prescription in. Instead of filling it the put a hold on it. Always take a week or more to get my medicine. I have run out of very important medicine because of this.At this point I wouldn't recommend trying to get pet prescriptions from them.WORST PHARMACY EVER

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. It has to be THE worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 but they never are. We've been in the drive thru waiting and have watched the staff show up 10 - 15 minutes late...and not just once. We get notifications that a prescription is ready only to be told when we get there that it isn't...or being told they never even received the prescription. If you call - you'll be lucky if anyone picks up the phone. The staff is rude and act as if they're doing you a favor even talking to you. It's beyond me how CVS isn't aware of this and done something to improve the HUGE number of bad reviews. We switched to Walmart Pharmacy and it's a HUGE improvement over this place.

To give this place one star is to many! Have to deal with the pharmacy unfortunately due to our insurance and they are awful! Always rude never have the scripts ready on time. The cashier’s thru the store aren’t any better. Would definitely not suggest someone using the pharmacy or shopping there if you don’t have to.

i have been driving back and forth for five days now for a prescription for my mom and i have had different things told to me everytime. some staff say itll be ready by later that day, i go and they say theyre out. then staff says it wont be ready till next week but another one says come back later today. no help at all, i understand if you are out but stop trying to reassure me itll be ready at a time when it wont. wasted so much of my time, their own, and probably others.

The pharmacy is more often than not late with filling prescriptions. I've even had prescriptions go days late for things like antibiotics or painkillers the day after surgery. I don't know what's wrong with this place but it needs to be fixed.

The pharmacy staff is not friendly. Mostly rude and not people persons. Staff should be much friendly when working with people. Totally understand that Sumter is not the best area to live but all people should be treated with respect and divinity. The pharmacist was rude and unapproachable.

No stars! My family and I have been frequenting this pharmacy for years now, over the past few years this pharmacy is getting worse! The staff very rude and unorganized! Unable to perform their job duties in a professionally or timely manner,Staff is very lazy under trained! Unable to provide accurate information, to pharmacy customers. Always new staff and I come once a month to pick my prescriptions up and there is always new staff members!This place sucks! If you want fast, accurate, or convenience don't come here!If your doctor sends a prescription they will tell you that they haven't received anything.But it's not that they haven't received your prescription it's just their to lazy and unorganized to even do their job and get the prescription out of the system. If you call the automated convenient line to refill and they tell you exactly what time your prescription will be ready and you proceed to go pick your prescription up at the given time //guess what you will get a sorry your prescription isn't ready ? I will be switching my pharmacy.

Pharmacy at this location is clearly overworked, and it’s causing clerical errors which impact things as simple as prescription pickups. If you can go anywhere else, do so. I’ve changed my Pharmacy and won’t ever go back to CVS.

I live too far to come to a cvs when I’m told my prescriptions are filled and then they are not! Also the customer service is awful, no help for getting things resolved. I personally need to go to the other cvs in Sumter, SC.

Horrible customer service, the prescription is never ready on time or is incomplete and they never answer the phone. You would think with something as crucial as Dr. Prescribed medications, they would be more professional and have a sense of urgency. Horrible experience every time, I will be changing my pharmacy!
