These stores are not staffed adequately. There was a customer dispute at the only open register. The dispute was concerning the listed price of an item not being congruent with the posted sign price. The teammate needed the manager in order to cancel the transaction. The queue grew long with angry customers. This person at the register, (Kayla) handled the situation like a champion. Please consider immediately promoting this level-headed thinking lady to a manager, post haste! Bravo Kayla! You have made a positive impression on these customers!

For starters the store was a mess! Nothing in stock. But when my grandmother went to check out. She counted out the money she was going to buy her cat treats with, on the counter. Back in day that is how it was. So called manger of the store highly disrespectful said “put the money in my hand!” So my grandmother did just that, I said wow that was really rude and then proceeded to degrade us then how children basically was raised to do that same thing! Then asked me if I have ever worked in a position like that!! As a manager, if she was even one, you should not do that. In fact yes, I have. That is not elegant nor lady like! We will not be back to that dollar general!! I pray no one ever gets publicly degraded like that. We were not even rude to her at all!

Had something listed on shelf for $10, multiple items there not just one. Rang up $15 at register told the guy he said $10 on shelf, so he calls the "manager" up and I tell her the same thing and asks him to go look at it himself and he straight up says no. Horrible customer service

New Dollar General and I absolutely love it. It is always stocked and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was picking up a DoorDash order and they helped me with all my questions and concerns. This store I know is new however, it is so clean and neat. If you need to stop I highly recommend this store!

9:33 pm and you're not accepting cash because ya'll closed the register?.. You close at 10 you pull the drawer at 10. Just opened I expected a little better but this is dollar general right?.. Lol Great management!
