“My husband and I recently switched over from Straight Talk to T-Mobile.. yesterday we called and did e-sim and number transfers, but it didn't work for my husband's phone. We had to call 4 times, it was such a hassle and extremely frustrating.
We went into T-Mobile today and had the pleasure of dealing with Kayla who transferred my husbands number onto a sim card, and helped me figure out why my iMessage wasn't working, we were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. 10/10 for Kayla. She was awesome, fast and so efficient!”
