We purchased a bike June 7 2024 and it was delivered June 11 2024, it took about 1-2 weeks for the temporary tag to be mailed to us. Here it is August 14 2024, our 45 day tag has expired we can’t get answers as to where our permanent tag is. It seems that Tiffany is dodging us, I did speak to Parker yesterday and thought we’d at least get a curiosity call back. At this point y’all can buy the bike back, making payments on something that is worthless to us and taking up space is uncalled for. Tiffany, have you done your job?

I want to thank both Johnny and Noble for their extremely professional attitudes! They were very respectful and made buying my new bike with every penny and minute!

If you’re going to purchase from out of state…. DON’T! DON’T! DON’T!! Find someone local. I purchased a bike from the Sumter location 3 months ago and still haven’t received my permanent plate. I’ve been fighting to get to finance to talk to Tiffany and only got her to her once out the 20 times I’ve called and that’s only because I called a different department and they told me she was in the office, after I called her office like 3 times . My brother in law purchased a bike for the Myrtle Beach location and received his tags before the temp tags expired. Every time I call, I get the voicemail or I’ll call a different department and they tell me she’ll call me back. I typically respond with, “ She won’t , because I’ve tried multiple times.”
This is terrible. I just hope Instate customers have better experience and if you’re shopping at Redline… go to the Myrtle Beach location.
UPDATE: I purchased the Bike Back in April 10 2024..... Its now August 12 2024... and still no tags, or anything... I even called the number provided after the response and no help....... this is ridiculous. I paid for a doc fee and no documents had been filed. SMH

A very chill vibe. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgable, and friendly as my agent James had multiple customers show up at once. Even though the process might take some time all things are worth the time and effort. Plus the store was cold considering it’s an off road shop-in mid summer in the south.
I must say as we packed up our goodies. I had the new buyer excitement as we strapped the 2 450 Polaris AWD 4 wheeler onto the trailer. We happened to see the best part of their day… riding the outdoor models back into storage for the weekend.
Let’s just say …. #familyfunnightrocked!

This is a very honest, knowledgeable, and transparent dealer. All of the Redline power sports locations I have worked with have been very pleasant and provided a very enjoyable shopping experience. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. Way below MSRP and you only pay for necessary fees. Looking for a Can-am Ryker or Spyder, check them out.

Sales experience was okay. I would only buy brand new from them. Extremely difficult to get in contact with the service department. Called and left messages and never got a return.

Let Me say thank you to James Neeley; one of the most kind and thoughtful salesmen at Redline power sports in Sumpter S.C. My experience there today was quickly easy and simple. I am grateful for his assistance and overjoyed with my new ATV sportsman 450 Polaris. Again thanks

Redline Powersports in Sumter. Great company and great people. My salesman Noble was great, No bull and right to the point. We made a deal on a 24 Polaris RZR and that was that period. Recommended what he thought I would like for extras and No push to add them . Check out Redline in Sumter ,you wont be sorry

The only reason my experience with Redline in Sumter gets 2 stars is due to the great service provided by my sales guy, James. Everything else was garbage. James was great in getting me in a new Ranger in literally a day, very attentive and responded to all my calls and questions.
With that being said, haggling and waiting around for the service writer/manager was a pain, but we did get the ranger delivered. Upon delivery, after a short 15 minute ride around the neighborhood, high temp lights started going off, engine temp in excess of 240F, smelled like burning rubber/paint. Brought it home, called James, he did his best to get it corrected.
Long story short, 2 days later got a call from the manager, who wanted me to either bring it back to them or have it picked up. BTW, I have picture evidence the coolant reservoir and supply and return lines were 99% empty. They took the machine back, didn't hear anything for 2 or 3 days, finally called multiple times and got a hold of the service manager who said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.
James took it upon himself to hand deliver the machine bright and early on a Saturday morning which was awesome. However, when he delivered it from the service dept, it had no gas, about another 10-15 hours on the tach, but magically had about half a tank of coolant. Has run fine ever since (the past 4 or 5 weeks).
Service/sales manager was a moron, offered zero in the form of an apology or compensation for me paying cash for a machine that he took hostage for almost a week and did God knows what to, and me having to make another trip to fill the dang thing back up with gas before we could actually take our toy for a ride.
TLDR: James is great. Everyone else are idiots.
