I started shopping at this place in 2019, it was a great then when the male manager was there and Debra I only owe them $45.00 and they kept calling me I just paid them out and I will not be going back the only reason why I gave them 3 stars because the lite skin lady that greet you when you come in his so friendly otherwise I would have given them a two stars I will not be going back in there ?

I had the pleasure of interacting with Denise recently, and I must say that her customer service skills are absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted my family with a warm smile and a genuine interest in helping us find the perfect furniture for our new home.Denise's knowledge and expertise are truly commendable. She listened attentively to my specific needs and preferences, she was constantly picking up pieces of furniture to take it over to another piece to see if they matched. Her understanding of different furniture styles and materials help us pick out the perfect set up for our open concept living/dining room.Thank you Denise! Saleslady took time with me to look at several options of the type furniture I was looking for. She answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about her products. Explained all my payment options and was a very nice person. I will shop there again.

Years ago I had an account with this place. Today I seen my credit report and well lets just say I'm not so happy with how they reported my payments. I want to warn folks don't get anything from this place on credit and miss a payment or 2 cause lord they will claim you missed away more than that. They will also claim when you made a payment you didn't. I had proof of that when that happen back then. I also ended up paying them off earlier than Planned yet they didn't report that. On top of that the washing machine I got well it broke down the first time using it. It took a month to get the darn thing fixed. That was one of the times I was late on my payment. Yet they didn't report that part Matter of fact it showed my payment then was on time lol. If I was able to give this place no stars I would. Just be careful folks is all I'm saying I don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else.

Have bought furniture from Farmers and not good quality of furniture for such a expensive price. Beware furniture could be sold off showroom floor...not always ordered. Next furniture purchase will be elsewhere.

I use to love this store until the original manager left. I had an outstanding history of making my payments ON TIME. But if something came up, I would call and let them know I'm going to be late.When he left, new management took over. The FIRST time I realized I would be late....I called and let the staff know. I started receiving calls, text messages, letters, my references were contacted. It triggered something inside of me and I started to have the "I'll pay you whenever" attitude.I worked in collections and if a customer calls in and tells the staff....xyz, you write it up. You don't constantly call from the store phone and your cell phone. Unless, the person breaks the promise. By this time, I don't care and have the WORST attitude towards this company.That is so ANNOYING! Can't wait to pay this account off to be DONE WITH THEM.The store needs to learn how to communicate with their staff!
