I've been banking with First Citizens for several years now, and the customer service I've received from Cindy (the manager at the N Washington location) has been nothing short of spectacular. She responds to every email I send, and always goes the extra mile.

Love this bank so much!! For the love of God do not go to the branch on Bultman drive! They are unprofessional, complicated and rude!! They make me sick!!
