After visiting two major RV sales lots in Concord and Charlotte we came across happy trails in Sumter South carolina. I drove down to Sumter and met Wendell and Carol which are awesome people and had the best experience ever buying our new Columbus fifth wheel. I highly recommend this business. Top notch sales and service and the pricing was unbeatable. It's nice to know there's still people that care about their customers if you're not just someone sitting at a desk with four people hanging over you trying to make a deal

Purchased a new Astoria. Originally found at General after the rudest sales staff ever and crazy add on fees we reached out to Wendel, we received much better pricing and no fees. I drove from mid Florida to pick up our trailer and everything was ready when we arrived we set up the hitch went through trailer and off we went. after the sale Wendel has been there as well. highly recommend this mom and pop shop.

Purchased a used RV and the owner of the shop fully inspected the camper before I received it. They had a fully stocked part store and good selection of travel trailers and fifth wheels. Mr. Ardis went over the trailer in detail for our first camping trip. Absolutely recommend! Shop local!

Had the part in stock. Reasonable prices. First package was opened and part damaged. Went back for replacement. Owner was not happy. I think they buy parts from camping world and resell them and this was from that.

Just called to set up an appointment to have weight distribution hitch adjusted to my truck and camper. Was told they don't do appointments and to just drop it off and he will work it in between jobs that are waiting for parts.What sense does that make? Drop off truck and camper? Camper I can see but not the truck since I do drive it daily.Was told they have been in business for 20+ years and never have done appointments. Well I guess Brown's RV will get a new customer. Appt already made. Your loss not so Happy Trails
