On behalf of Kathleen Bronson, tons of errors, still waiting for $9,000.00 refund. H and R Block office in Lake City SC refuses to assist as they promise. IRS has since denied all but ONE DOLLAR of the refund amount. IRS is claiming that Block did not send in necessary information nor did the paperwork or math correctly. Taxes were filed in February of 2023, Currently December 19th 2023, no resolution in site and she is now left to battle with IRS alone. People please be aware that at least this Lake City South Carolina office does NOT follow or stand behind what they claim.

Agent seemed knowledgeable about filing my taxes. Wrong information was put in by agent, manager showed no concern for the error. This is my last year using this company for filing. Horrible experience and poor skills.
