NEVER EVER AGAIN! They had nothing I wanted yet have it displayed up front. Older dude kept doing everything under the sun instead of focusing on my nails!! Kept answering and talking on the phone which I found quite rude and he was on MY time!! He acted like he didn’t know what he was doing and someone else had to finish. My hands don’t match and they left polish all over my hands. I was charged $50 for a child pedicure cos he said my 12 yr old needed to be 11 to be considered a child. MONEY HUNGRY!! And they were super slow. I was there for 3 hrs for 2 refills and a child’s pedicure. 4 ppl even left. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL AND THEY CLD CARE LESS!! I told them I was leaving a review based on my experience and he was like “ok!” Very nonchalantly.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I wld have left zero stars if I cld!!

I went in today and saw Sam. She did a phenomenal job. She repaired my broken nails and gave me the shape I asked for. I also showed her the inspo pic I wanted and she executed! I love them so much! I can’t wait to show them off. Ty!Services: Nail art

This review is long overdue lol. I’ve been going to Kj’s for years now and each time I receive nothing but quality nails. My nails lasts me three and a half weeks before I get a fill in. (P.S. I go to Brian)

Very bad customer service and rude! It was very cold inside of the building ! I asked them multiple times and she left the door open. Very bad customer service, the guy doing my nails started over 3 times and tried to force me into getting some thing I didn’t want. I wasted a half hour trying to get my nails done and never got them done. I got a pedicure and didn’t receive the shape I requested but was charged for it ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!Services: Nail polish changes
