I will never use this company again. They made a nearly $4000 "software error" on my taxes that was definitely not a software error. It was just the most convenient excuse they could come up with for adding arbitrary numbers to my tax return. Yes, they refunded my filing fees, but I'm out nearly four grand because of them. Never. Again.

They are very professional! I was not only helped with my taxes, they answers all the questions I asked. I’ve been with Liberty Tax for years and only last year, I used a different service…with that service, I got duped and ended with IRS debt. They didn’t complete everything that was important. (I was angry). I went back to Liberty Tax for this tax year(2021) in which I received a a substantial return (state & Federal) with the option to get a loan (immediate), wait for check (pick up) or direct deposit (to my bank). The best part, the cost was very reasonable.

Absolutely love my liberty and Ms.Liz y'all need to get on down to Liberty on peach orchard rd and see the ladies in there Its fast easy and you get a refund with then 21 days so dont go see anyone else oh no Come on down to your family Liberty tax service and for those like me who love accountantin ask them how you yourself can become a member of the company

This place use to be the Sumter Laundry And Cleaners from 1969 to 1991 and I loved that big ball on the top of that sign.I always thought the ball looked like a gigantic sucker!

I would give this place a ZERO star if I could. 1. We didn't get our $50 cash up front that's promised.. But when I called them they said "Yes, we are still giving the $50 cash upfront when you let us file your taxes." But when I asked why I DID NOT get mine she (Emma) said "That promotion just ended today.."
