My husband had a leather coat that I thought was beyond help. It was COVERED in mold after a lengthy time in storage. I consulted with the gentleman (owner possibly) for a few minutes and without certainty he gladly accepted the challenge. He was upfront and honest and now my husband’s very vintage leather coat looks like new. And it was far less than I expected to pay for such a daunting task.
5 stars across the board.

Don't get alterations. The cleaners had a legal price, though. If you need both, there are other cleaners in the area.

Horrible experience, I walked in with a handful of clothing and 3 people were looking down as I walked in and said absolutely NOTHING! After about 10 seconds of awkward silence, I asked could my clothes be done by a certain time then I was answered by given the time they closed and how it would be an extra charge and it was inconvenient, just horrible customer service!!

I took my clothes there and the manger admitted he took my items and now they can’t find them and have a attitude about didn’t even call back with update or anything just like ok we lost them and I will never take anything else here

The reception was warming. They did a great job on my clothes. I also got a discount as well. But you may need to go with multiple payment cards because their POS machine is selective on banks.

Today was the first day that I have used this business but it won't be the last. They mended and pressed a suit jacket for me. The work was decent quality, but it took much longer than the estimated time I was given and they only reached out to notify me on it's completion after I called them for an update when it was a week past due. Maybe it was just a busy time, but if you need a quick turnaround, be sure to clarify if they can manage it first.

I love their attention to detail and their willingness to try and see what they can do. The manager and staff are wonderful! When they say the PROMISE to do their best, they mean it, and if it's something they can't do - they don't charge you!They take care of your personal items right there, unlike Sumter Laundry and Cleaners who ship your clothes to Columbia/,Charleston without telling you and your clothes come back with a horrible smell and drained from natural color.I have used Little Personal Cleaners, located 717 Bultman Dr. in Sumter several times, and I am ALWAYS pleased!!!!

I used to work for them! They really are good people, I am from Louisiana and lived up there for a bit. As long as the owners are still Gary and Lisa , then I recommend any and everyone using this dry cleaners! They are all hard hard born and bred southern Americans who care about their employees and their country no matter the race (in case someone got the wrong idea about the previous statement!! ) I also don’t know if Mrs Linda is still doing alterations but if so she is an absolutely wonderful lady and does a great job. As to the two star review that guy made…. If he knew it was cheaper by the base…. Why didn’t he go there!?! ? Anyways -These are good folks and hard working employees trying to live and provide just like the rest of us!! Help the “Little” people!!! Support your local business owners!!And if by chance perhaps that Lisa and Gary read this review, —- “”Heeeeey y’all from West Monroe Louisiana!!!
