Lowe's cancelled my delivery without my input. My house was the next stop but not only did they not come, they rescheduled delivery of my refrigerator for next week. Meanwhile I got food that is going to spoil and a refrigerator that does not work. I told the driver to please come even if it was late because I needed the refrigerator tonight because I had nowhere to put my food. They canceled after being 30 minutes late past the latest delivery time. Lowe's delivery service is garbage. Straight garbage. Lowe's in Sumter. SC. Garbage.

do not order on line for in store pick up unless you have an hour or more to waste.. i ordered on line and went in store for in store pick up and there was only one lady working the returns and in store pick up with no visible helpers.. with over 10 customers waiting to pick up, she kept answering the phone and ignoring the customers in store standing in front of her. i also own a store and am a retail merchant. and i will let my phones ring off the hook and waite on my in store customers first. you are doing your in store customers disservice and insulting them by ignoring them and answering the phone.. this was at noon on 4 march 2024 at the sumter, sc , 29150 lowe's store i will never order on line from lowe's again

I came in later in the evening needing assistance with a shower knob issue. Mr. Willie worked with me to figure a way I could solve my dilemma in the most direct and cost efficient way. He is a true professional and I will look forward to coming to Lowe's just to speak with him.

I am lowering my rate, I ordered a washer and dryer on Dec 20th, The sticker had estimated delivery by Thu 12/21. They gave me a date of the 29th for delivery, I was ok with that since it was Christmas. I received an email saying it was pushed out till Jan 5th. I was upset about this, but they said it was because of Samsung did not send them the dryer and washer. On Jan 5th, I got an email saying the dry and washer was going to be delivered. At this time only the washer was delivered. I asked Lowes' employee if I could just pick up the dryer from another store, and they found another store about 40 mins away that had one but I would have to cancel the order for the dryer and hope that the dryer was still there. So once more I gave in and accepted the new delivery date for the dryer on Jan 9. I just got another email stating that is will be delivered on Jan 16. It is now almost a month since I bought the washer and dryer. This is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY UNLESS THEY HAVE IT IN THE STORE, DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL GET THE ITEM IN ON THE AGREED TIME FRAME!!!!!!!!!!

We were able to get our live Christmas tree & sand easily. Checkout was fast. We didn't need any assistance finding anything. It was a very good shopping trip.

My experience was great. My brother and I went to purchase some borders for a door and everything was easy to find.we wasn't sure and a employee was helping another customer and he took a second to ask us did we needed some help. Amazing thank you young man for being observant.

Looked for grass seed for 20 min. While 8 employees stood there talking and glancing my way. Finally went inside and asked another employee. Went outside and found the fifty pound bag and although I am disabled, I shouldered it to the register and then, Ms. Sharen was kind enough to get a cart. All the others just watched me struggle by while they stood in a group talking and laughing. I can understand why Lowe's is closing all it's stores. I'll go the extra miles to home Depot in Florence. I'm sick of this Lowe's and it's continuous poor service.

Very unprofessional. No one knew anything. One associate out of 6 was able to help me make keys and she was awesome. Had a great eager attitude. The manager acted as if I was an inconvenience to her day. I will be contacting corporate.

Poor customer service, don't even think about renting the truck, 40 minutes to return the vehicle. The most unfriendly staff you'll ever have the displeasure to meet. It's worth the drive to another location.
