1st I try to call them and I find out that the cashier she was sitting outside and I went to go inside to ask if there was anybody that work here she admitted that it was her and she was rude as hell at me for just asking a screen protector for my phone ?.

I was having a problem with my phone. I made a quick stop into the store to get it resolved. The ladies in the store on Broad St are really professional and sweet. It appears they really enjoy working together and they go out of their way to help their customers.

I am giving this a one star because I will say the young woman helped us . However the short one with dreads and bad acne was RUDE! She missed out on a sale because she has bad customer service. I will never go back to that ghetto store with ghetto individuals who don’t want to work !

I drove my friend back and forth 4 times to 2 different locations. They sold him in internet system so he could watch his TV. He told them he wanted unlimited. They did not tell him unlimited was not available in his area. He used his limit in gigabytes in 2 days.One location told him to go to another location on Labor Day, that place told him to come back Wednesday. I went in with him this time and the girl who initially sold it to him said they aren't allowed to give him a refund.Each time I picked him up and dropped him off at home it involved 80 miles, used my gas, oil, wear and tear on tires and my time. He has no way of knowing he did not have unlimited. The store misled him. Since these are franchised stores, calling customer service is no help. DO NOT USE THESE PLACES UNLESS IT IS A CORPORATE STORE.
