“I visited the Broad St location on 2/5/2026. I arrived at approximately 6:10pm Take 5 is open until 8pm, I was able to get my car serviced after my evening commute from Columbia. I was greeted and given a bottle of water. I was asked to pull up to bay 2. Everything was explained in a clear manner. I received an oil change and tire rotation. Due to the type of oil my car uses, I received a 25% off coupon. That made my services very affordable. The team works really well together and they provide excellent customer service. Each person announced what they were doing for safety purposes. Service was quick, but not so quick until you think, that's it. I highly recommend this location for your oil changes.”
