-0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY SCAM PEOPLE I PAID FOR MEDIUM NAILS & GOT SHORT. Very unprofessional the owners be talking bout the customers. Do not let “Shay Shay Smith” do your nails she’s very low down. Charged me $180 and didn’t even do my nails nor toes right. Hope yall get shut down.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! The owner family member that works there gave me a chemical burn on my leg from cuticle remover she was rushing like they always do
and when i told her it was burning the wife came over and WIPED my skin off in a cloth which made it worse i kept asking can you please turn on the cold water she the wife just put a Globb of Aquaphor on the burn the the owner came over told me to leave and dont come back. BUT I did with my husband after i went to Doctors care whom confined it was a chemical burn then he handed over the insurance policy info while his wife yelling & crying at him Not to give it to me and i politely left the building! (girl Bye) & thanks for buy me this new Cadillac!

It’s my fault though, because I never go here. I always go to forbidden nails studio and I always request James or Crystal. They are the best in Sumter so if you want your nails done good go to them!!!!

I usually enjoy and highly recommend this establishment. Not today. Two friends completely finished pedicures before I was even seated for a simple manicure. There was no line. I was overlooked completely. I wasn't even seated.

I’d give 0 stars if I cld. They need to change the name to horrible nails!! My girlfriend and I had our nails done here cos our regular tech is on vacation. We chose it mainly because of the name and were horribly disappointed. They are way past slow and my tech hadn’t a clue what she was doing. She chose a color other than what I selected and cldnt get the cat eye effect to show. (I do this at home myself all the time) So I got impatient after watching her look for the magnet for 20 min to begin with. So I told her don’t worry about it. (At that point I shld have left but didn’t want to be rude) I showed her how crooked my thumb nail was and she pretty much told me that my thumb was crooked. She didn’t start the gel powder far back enough which will require a fill in sooner and I also brought that to her attention to which she brushed off. She made them wide, square and arkward looking. Then she keep piling polish on the tips trying to get the cat eye effect to no avail, so she left them lumpy. And all of that took her over an hr. My girlfriend’s tech was busy feeding her face and yapping on the phone. She only needed a fill and I was finished before her and my tech took over an hr. She polished her nails a color shades from what she asked for and made them too thick although she told her they were too thick. They pretty much don’t listen and just do your nails however tf they wanna do them yet you have to pay for it. Then the pedis were a joke!! We’ve had our feet washed better in church!! NEVER AGAIN!! AND CHANGE THE NAME!!

I had a great pedicure. Everything was clean and they did a great job. TK did my pedicure and Bea did my sisters. We had so much fun and it was nice because they can communicate well and make us feel comfortable.

I’m at a complete loss for words. I love this business. I’ve never had any issues until today.
There is this sweet gentleman who ALWAYS does my nails and I just love him and his work. He will always do right by the customer and I appreciate that.
I went in today for a fill and was told by a lady to sit and wait. I’m looking around as I’m seated, and almost every single worker has taken a client in their chair, including the woman who told me to wait.
The guy who does my nails(he has either chair 14 or 18 I can’t remember) passes me and we greet each other. I asked him if he had a client and if he could take me. The lady who told me to wait then storms over, yells at him and states he must ask her permission in order to take a client. He tries to explain I asked and I even try to explain that I asked. She wasn’t having it. They went back and forth before she eventually told him to pack his stuff and leave.
He was literally FIRED for nothing.
The economy is rough right now. People are struggling and inflation has taken a huge toll on almost everyone.
I will not support a business who cannot maintain professionalism and also who cannot treat their hard working employees with value/respect.
Unless that man is rehired, I will not be coming back.
Shame on you for being so heartless and not even giving him the space to speak to what actually happened.

Came here, walked in and the staff jumped right in me. Ms. Lin worked with me. She swatchdd my skin tone and nail bed color to get the perfect color for me. I trusted her expertise and we went with her version of the inspo pic I showed her. I got the hot stone massage and guys, I have eczema so she allowed me to bring my creams and ointments she made this potion that wouldn't irritate my skin and even turn the water to a temperature I was comfortable with! When I'm telling you I will be back here idc that I gotta travel! They even let me bring in my drink AND they had my favorite shows on! I needed this day and I thank Perfect Nails for making it an awesome experience for me!
Requested style: I usually go for the basic pink nail gel set, Ms. Lin convinced me to do a different shade and to add queen sparkles and I am so glad I trusted her. I have 2 crooked nail beds and you xant even tell!
Specialties: Massage, Ms. Lin allowed me to do a spa treatment that would work with my sensitive skin!
Cleanliness: There's no dirt or dust anywhere there no smell of chemicals and it's organized!
Stylist: I want Ms. Lin everytime I come here!

I got a simple pedicure but it was great! There was some small talk, but I mostly scrolled my phone without being judged. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. All of their supplies were disposable and sanitary, which is something I personally look for. It didn’t hurt when my ingrown nails were taken care of. The inside is also very beautiful, it looks just like the pictures. They don’t have a website up that I know of but I was able to walk in and be seen on the spot. 10/10 will be going again.
Cleanliness: Everything looked clean. The floors, the work areas, the equipment and the nail techs themselves.

I have been to numerous nail salons.. NUMEROUS nail salons….& I walked in for a nail fix and the lady at the counter told me that no one in the whole shop knows how to do this basic design…. As you can see in the photo…. Honestly, just sounded like she didn’t want to deal with a customer right now since they were busy…. Even one of the other customers who was waiting for their nails to get done, looked at me with confusion when she said no one in the shop knows how to do that…. I tried to Give the shop a chance since my regular Nail Tech was extremely booked….. How are you running a nail salon and you don’t know how to do this basic design?????? I wish I could give it zero stars…. Go elsewhere

I would say that the customer service is lacking, but not on all of the technicians there. Bea is my favorite nail tech! She is thorough, has good customer service skills and she doesn’t make my gel nail polish thick. I will request her for now on?

I received a full set. The service was great! I made an appointment, there was no wait. Me and friend booked a double appointment for her birthday. Ask for Alicia, shes really nice. She does a good job and is very creative with her designs.
Update; I went back for a valentine's day set, they were perfect ?.

I stopped in for a pedicure, the service was great. I chose a color, then decided to get a French pedicure. The man doing my nails suggested that I stick with the color because my nails were stained if he filed it any more my nail bed would be messed up which he didn't want to do. Good call! My pedicure turned out beautifully.
