I came in around 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. The man greeted me right away and confirmed what service I wanted. I advised a DIP manicure and then I was told where to sit (second row, seat farthest to the left if you're looking from the front of the shop). I was looking for the DIP nail swatches and was handed a couple of rings and a book by another nail tech. I chose my color quickly because I already had an idea of what I wanted. The lady seemed nice enough, but quickly turned sour and made fun of my color choice. On top of that it was GEL POLISH! I'm quite shy and I didn't say anything... I was also interested in adding tips for a longer look, but was never offered the choice. The whole time I just felt like an inconvenience and was rushed through the service. I give 3 stars because I left with a beautiful manicure. Unfortunately, I never got a top coat and the gel polish chipped only two days later. I've had many gel manicures and have never had a manicure degrade so quickly! I may try the shop again by appointment and request a specific nail tech as my sisters had no issues with their service.

My first time visiting South Carolina I was nervous about going to a different nail salon than what I am used to, but I went in as a walk-in and was treated above what I expected. John took his time with my manicure and pedicure and did an exceptional job with helping me choose a design ! I will definitely return here next time I come to visit because the customer service, attention to detail, and atmosphere was amazing !

1 thing to keep in mind... I haven't had my nails done in about 20 years. There wasn't a towel to lay my hands on... just put them and my arms onto the table. As soon as I laid my arms down, I felt grainy sandish like stuff. As soon as she used the nail file, I realized I was feeling other people's funk. She nicked me a time or 2 while using the electric file and the head got put straight back into the box... no wiping it down, no sterilization. I spoke to a couple of people afterwards and found out that none of this was normal procedure. I gave it a 2 star rating because she did pretty good on my nails but I absolutely won't be going back. Unless they change procedures, I absolutely don't recommend this place to anyone at all, ever.Service: Manicure

In town visiting and went for a pedicure. I got the "Luxury Deluxe Pedicure" and felt it was very rushed and overpriced. The nail painting looked fine but there was no lotion massage (like it said on the menu). I pretty much got the basic pedicure but was charged an additional $15.Service: Pedicure

I went in for a normal pedicure and it was the worst money I ever spent! I do not recommend this place at all, the customer service was great walking in but the quality of work was TERRIBLEService: Pedicure

Be prepared for a long wait! I went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago for a pedicure without polish. They have plenty of chairs, but not many employees. The pedicure was not very good. I asked the woman to cut down my nails as short as possible. When I returned home that evening, I cut them down myself because they were still too long. They use disposable nail filers and foot scrubbers, which are great. You definitely know that the tools are new. They open the bag in front of you.

Sooo I went to another nail place and they really messed my nails up. Came in to perfect nails to get them fixed... Let me tell you, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!! Kee was absolutely awesome, made me feel like I was a person and not a number. She did better than the picture that I actually had showed! I left that place finally happy with my nails and can't wait to show them off!!Services: Dip powder

I wanted to get my nails done and was told that it would only be 30 minutes. I was sitting for over an hour and still wasn’t seen. That was very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Last time coming here. Not only did all their workers quit months ago but they rush through their services. When asked if they cut the cuticles the lady got so upset and started belittling my mother in law telling her she did and to watch her do it again. Then she just kept arguing with my mother in law. I finally had to say something because she was raising her voice and kept accusing my mother in law and telling her not to tip her then she doesn’t need a tip. I told the male manager to handle the situation and he just sat there watching his worker get angry at the customer. I finally had to raise my voice back because I don’t handle rude customer service. A simple question that turned into an unnecessary argument. Horrible customer service. That should be ashamed of their work ethics.
