“I've loved PetSmart for over 20 years! I was soooo happy when we got one here! I had a little issue and they were very helpful and friendly whilst giving me a refund, I had my receipt of course, and had an online pickup order to get while I was there. Every time I've been there I've received excellent customer service. The workers are very friendly and do a good job. Thank you for coming to Sumter!”
“I go to this store a LOT. The betta selection is the best around and they've gotten a lot better with actually taking care of them...still not the best but I don't see dead fish every time I come anymore. It usually takes awhile for help in the fish department but the newer employees are very friendly and actually make sure to inform you of proper care which I love. You can tell the newer people love the animals and care for them. This store is certainly going in the right direction from what it was.”
“Great experience at Tractor Supply thanks to Andrew! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Definitely appreciate the excellent customer service!”

“The worker that helped me was very helpful. He knew a lot about the tanks. I wanted a tank for hermit crabs and he helped me pick out one. It was the right choice.”

“The staff are great here. You have to go buy and even if your not looking to adopt stop in and say hi to the animals. We stop in every time we are close and see the kittens to kitties and puppies to doggies. If you can donate please call the staffs number for what there needs are. Thanks”
