“Love these guys. Jake (the pharmacist) knows me and my wife by name, is always super informative, and makes me feel welcomed everything I walk in. I will never go back to a chain drugstore for a presentation after experiencing a small, hometown pharmacy like Medical Court. 2nd to none.”

It felt like everyone knew one another, and if not, they made you feel welcome. A sincere kindness that is hard to find now a days. The smell of the food made my head turn to the diner side of the store.

Found great deals from after Holiday Season, Enjoy the Ice Cream Section, ARIZONA Tea display always grabs my attention. Employees greet you as you enter, always busy restocking friendly and smiling. “I will not go to any other pharmacy other than the piggly wiggly pharmacy on Calhoun street. Not only are they quick (I mean, quick y’all! Our prescriptions are filled within five minutes of it being sent to them) but the pharmacist and his assistants are always SO kind! They greet you with the best smiles. They know me when I come in and they are always the sweetest to me and my girls. But today, they really sealed it with the sign at their counter that says, “keep Christ in Christmas” :)”
“Mrs. Anita was a wonderful help! I visited in regards to a problem getting my prescription refilled. She explained what it looked like was happening and I was able to make a few calls and sort it out. When I called Walmart again, Mrs. Anita just happened to pick up the phone and put in my order for a refill. The entire experience was low stress and full of clear communication. Mrs. Anita seemed very concerned about my problem and I could tell she wanted to help me as much as possible. From someone who was having a rough afternoon, thank you! It was nice to meet you!”

“I was traveling and came to Sumter, SC on Friday evening without my blood pressure medicine. I called my neighborhood mom & pop pharmacy in Acworth, GA on Saturday and had no refills to forward to Sumter. My home pharmacy suggested calling CVS or Walgreen's for an emergency prescription. I called CVS on Alice Drive in Sumter and Lisa Kolb (pharmacy manager) advised to call them back and ask them to forward my old prescription and history since my primary care physicians office was closed for the holiday weekend and I was unable to reach anyone on call. My home pharmacy faxed & called Lisa. Lisa was able to provide me with enough pills to get me through the weekend until my doctor came in on Monday. Thank you. Something so small may have been the difference between life, a stroke, and even worse death. Thank you Lisa and company.”

“The pharmacist and technicians are prompt and courteous. I really like that it's open 24 hours and has a drive thru. This pharmacy is immeasurably better than Walgreens and CVS. Since I began using Prisma pharmacy I never set foot in Walgreens and CVS, where the lines are too long, and pharmacy staff chronically overworked and understaffed. I don't blame the staff, it's the horrible corporations running them. I am a huge fan now of Prisma pharmacy, Primary Care, and Imaging facilities in my community.”
