Friendly and polite service. Communicated clearly back to me what I needed done during my transaction. Offered information on current offers for the month. Which is helpful because I dont always know about them. Ensured I had completed my business before I left.

SAFE FCU does an outstanding job in customer service and care. Their CSR's and tellers are so professional, so friendly and courteous, and they are always accurate. They truly do care about their members. We cannot imagine doing business with any other bank.

Service is fine. However I do not agree with the credit unions policy of charging you a fee after x amount of withdrawals from your account. It's my money that your using to make money. If I decide to make ten plus withdrawal there should be no fee.

This safe is infact smaller then most of them but it's fast, and thier old coin machine works. I hate wasting time on waiting on coinstar.

I've been banking with them a very long time and never have I had any problems with this bank unlike other banks in the past , I would highly recommend Safe for your banking needs.
