I got really great help from the sweetest person! I messed up and didn't get her name, so I can't do a shout out. But she had curly red hair and glasses. She helped me choose products for my own curly hair and even suggested a stylist nearby when I expressed having trouble finding one. Awesome visit, I look forward to chatting with her again!

Don’t even bother going in. The employees here are rude and act like they don’t even want to help you. “Hi can I help you with something” if you say yes it’s a world of you being in their way. Never been in here and had someone actually want to help me.

Mrs Cindy has never steered me wrong and has always been polite and friendly. She definitely has an abundance of knowledge for color and always helps me get exactly what I want the first time around

So, let's just say that you've watched enough Brad Mondo videos that you feel confident enough to bleach your hair from dark red (box dye) to blonde. (No, I also don't know what I was thinking -but red is hard to maintain in general, and Ive also got a ton of gray to deal with so UGH).This would be a five star review based strictly on the manager and all of the very kind advice she's given me. She hasn't steered me wrong yet! (And I've come in with some HOT messes!)The employees...not great at advice. Which isn't necessarily their job, so I can kinda overlook that. But I have seen enough Brad Mondo that I know a level 8 blonde ISN'T fixed with t18. (The cashier's recommendation).Anyways, they almost always have what I need, which is awesome given the supply chain issues lately.If you know what you're doing with your hair, and I don't, you'll be very happy with the service. If you don't ..find the manager. She DOES know what she's doing.

THE WORST. That manager NEEDS to be fired!! Very VERY RUDE!!!! I came into the store to purchase some clippers for my husband. Walked in, already knew where they were. Got the ones I wanted and proceeded to check out. Got the clippers home and my husband automatically knew he wanted me to exchange them because apparently he's already had those clippers before and didn't like them. I go to return them an I'm told I couldn't. (Very confused) because when I purchased them no one said I couldn't return them. AND THERE WERE NO SIGNS POSTED. I get home and call customer service, which they tell me YES I can return if the clippers are unused (which we did not even open the box) ok cool. I call the store and the manager is telling me I can't return them EVEN THOUGH on the receipt it says I CAN RETURN if not opened. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Then on top of all that. She put me on hold for 45 minutes THEN HUNG UP! so I had my husband call, THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! they seen it was the same area code as mines, which our numbers being from a different state. I even tried calling from my phone AGAIN AND STILL THEY CHOOSE NOT TO ANSWER.. That manAGER need to be fired, you don't treat paying customers like that.

I went to Sally's to look at shampoo and conditioner because of their 4 for $20 sale. Walked into the store to find two younger females, one so deep into her phone that she didn't acknowledge me or my family, the other girl was checking someone out, not greeted. We looked around, no one offered to help. As we turn to leave, both girls are face deep into their phones, not looking up as we walked by. The one that was behind the register finally said "have a great day" when we were almost fully out of the store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was already upset about some issues I was having with my hair in hopes to find something to help, but with the lack of customer service I received, I purchased elsewhere. Avoid this store.

I used a color at sally’s recently and the lady told me the developer i had would work for my hair. It did not work. We spent $30 on dye that did not lighten my hair at all. For anything it made it darker. Only thing that lighten was my roots.

How that manager is still there is beyond me. I worked for her years ago and she is the absolute worst. All she does is gossip about every single person that walks through that door. Literally, no one is safe. The stuff she has said about past employees is disgusting. Workers have walked out on her and expected the other employees to handle it. I lasted 2 months before I made my exit, but it wasn't soon enough. I called HR on her twice and as I've been told, nothing has been done. Drive to Camden, trust me.

told then I wanted a warm tone red hair dye they recommend a burgundy.. if they know the basics of a color wheel they would’ve known that wasn’t right. These people are really giving advice to others? That’s beyond me

I wish I understood why customer service is so hit or miss. I go in during the day and get the best customer service ever. I go after 5 and all hell breaks loose. Went to grab things for state board and an upcoming project for school. I asked if they had anymore and was told they were out. I explain I not only have a project for school but also need it for state board. They suggested Walmart (which doesn't have what I need). I asked if the Camden or a Columbia Sally's may have them in stock and she looks at me like a deer in the head lights and says, "I wouldn't know how to check." Well, sweetheart...you would call them. Which is what I would have done back when I managed a Sally. I told her not to worry, I would call them and not trouble them. I think I just need to go to CosmoProf and SalonCentric. Customer service is literally dead here. Next time I go into any store I'll just help myself.
