I recently visited this Shell station and had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier. As soon as I approached the counter, the woman working the register looked at me with a noticeably rude expression and said, “Damn, you smell like weed.” I do not smoke or use any products that would give off that kind of scent, so her comment was not only inaccurate but also incredibly inappropriate.
This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of respect made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, not assumptions or judgments. I hope the management addresses this behavior so future customers can have a more positive experience.

Staff are so rude and one had an attitude at checkout. I felt like I was annoying for coming into the store to buy anything. Don’t worry, I won’t be coming back and steering people away from here.

Great friendly staff who treat you as family, will drive out of my way to go here. Ms. Carrie is one of the nicest people in the world!

I don't know what the issue is but their staff need more training and they probably need more help. I stood in line for exactly 10 minutes and there was only one cashier and two people ahead of me. The older lady with the wig moves as slow as a freaking snail. I'm not expecting her to rush because I don't want her to make a mistake but when you have to call for another employee. walking around the store to find an employee and leaving your customers in line without saying excuse me I will be back in 1 minute it's so rude I just put all my merchandise back where I got them and walked out I will never return to this location again

Tried to pay with credit card on two pumps and doesn't work. Haven't used a Shell gas station in years and I guess it'll be a few more before I try again.

Most unprofessional group of employees I have encountered in a gas station. There is zero desire to work, no sense of urgency, and foul language. Every time I have been in there the employees are on the phone and you have to repeat yourself. One individual sits while checking out customers. The same individual used perverse language when another employee grabbed her private area. If I could give zero stars I would.

The staff here seem like the least motivated people on the planet. You can tell they have zero desire to be there. Never friendly, I swear 80% of the time the cashier is on the phone with a friend while they’re ringing you up. Management/ownership really need to step it up. Bad business.

Only stop for the fact it's close. Staff always seems inattentive or careless. But it's been been this way for a while now. Makes me believe upper management is just as careless and inattentive

I went there to get fuel and to use the bathroom facilities. The bathroom looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a month. That's terrible.

I spend a great deal of money at this store more than $200.00 per week!! To be treated as rudely as I was tonight by an ignorant female who has a very ugly and nasty attitude!! I won't go back she has only been there a month but she needs to go like out the door permanently!! I always loved going to this store because of the friendly folks here but this fool has now ruined it and I will get my gas and lottery tickets someplace else from now on! Sorry Shell you should screen your employees better!! I am telling everyone I know don't spend a time at this store ever!!

Overall a nice and slightly larger than usual gas station to stop at. It is clean which sad to say comes as a surprise from my experience at many gas stations. The name Corner Pantry serves it right as you can get your favorite adult beverage (except hard liquor) among other salty snacks. There is a walk in cooler where they keep large cases of beer for purchase. Inside the store you can partake on a Subway that is on the left side of the store in case your taste buds is are not crying out for some of the usual gas stations munchies. Prices are always comparable to other places in terms of gas and constantly competitive in this area.

The people are OK but they act like they don't care. The bathroom is the worst in sumter county. Everything is falling apart. I guess management doesn't want to spend any money on fixing anything because I've run a route thu that area for 2 years and that bathroom has not changed a bit. Same busted hole in the wall. Same graffiti on the mirror. Left side soap dispenser will probably not have soap in it right hand side dispenser ripped off the wall. Blower on wall doesn't work well enough to dry hands.
