“I mainly use this UPS store for my Amazon returns, and find it’s worth paying a dollar to avoid the free return at the office store down the road who is always understaffed and line waits are forever.
UPS gets me in and out quickly, and I appreciate the self service kiosk for doing returns. When I have had a problem, the ladies are always willing to help, fix the issue, and get me on my way with a smile. The drive up window for small package drop offs is an amazing feature as well that I appreciate.”
