One star because I can’t give them less. The worst customer service ever. They were trying to charge me 40% more for a 500MB internet plan that it was showing $50.00 online. When I asked why the male attendant ( the one with the piercing and tattoos) said that he doesn’t care what I have that the price was showing $70.00 in the system. Very disrespectful and nasty person. I don’t know how he is in customer service. I called to Spectrum and they completed the process very professionally and I will pay $50.00 as it was showing online. Spectrum should get rid off this person.

I went there to cancel my service because of a 17 percent price hike they gave me. I turned it all my equipment. My customer service representative did an excellent job and she was super courteous.

We have been having some trouble with our wi-Fi going out and Mr. Johnny came and got the job done. He was so knowledgeable and super fast. He was so very sweet to me and my family!! Thanks to him we have not had any issues!!

I had to leave Spectrum over charge people, and they cut off your service. When they are wrong, They do not apologize . They need to learn from NY staff. Down here, staff do not care for the customers . Sorry to be so blunt, but it is the truth. Direct TV, the best. They work with you, not against you.

3.4 stars…if that tells you anything. Luckily I don’t use/need the internet for much, but when I do I’d be better off standing outside holding an antenna wearing a tinfoil hat trying to get connection.Straight trash…hot garbage
