Came to the subway expecting sub-par customer service but nah, was 10 outta 10. my girl n i had a great experience. we were helped by Daylen. n if it wasn’t for him, prolly would’ve walked straight out after cus they were out of most things. but he came in clutch n made ts good. definitely coming back ?

I was delightfully surprised see happy faces as soon as I walked in. Daylen, the new hire, was fantastic and went above and beyond. My stomach has been a little sensitive and he helped me a choose a basic sandwich with the simplest of toppings. Thanks, Daylen! I hope I spelled your name correctly.

On March 25, 2024 around 9:15pm my husband and I came to this subway located on broad street Sumter SC. We order a tuna sub. When I bit into my tuna sub, I pulled out a very long brown hair. Look like fake hair. I'm so disgusted by this. No one seem to wear hair net. Wearing a freaking hair isn't working for keeping hair out of food. This is the second time hair have been in my food from this subway on broad street. I'm reporting this to whoever own this subway and I'm going to make this public because this freaking ridiculous.

At first the interior is kinda of depressing and moody, but the customer service is good. The guy making my 2 ham footlongs, took careful time into 3 beautiful layers of ham. I was thrilled at that, because usually Subways will skimp on putting that much ham. The lettuce however, looked a bit old, but nothing I wouldn't eat myself. Overall, I recommend.

Went to the store and the open sign was on. The hours on the door and on google both read they were open til 10pm. However the door was locked and the lights were off.

This is THE worst Subway. The bread was stale, the girl that was there was so slow and I couldn't hear her ask me anything. The other guy working argued with everyone and basically told everyone how to do their sandwich. He then got so argumentative with customers that they started to argue. The guy who works there and a family with kids, so then he ended up kicking all 8 of them out of the store. It was super uncomfortable and he kept yelling and being I appropriate even after they left. One of the kids tried to stay and get a sandwich still and he yelled at her to get out. We were so uncomfortable we had to leave. I'm honestly disgusted and appalled at his behavior. This is not someone you want representing your brand. I will NEVER be back and go to the one down the street BECAUSE of him, the one with the bleached hair.
