Soft taco supreme was cold, barely had any meat at all, no guacamole on the nachos, and i don’t know what this is that they’re trying to pass off a a beefy 5 layer burrito, it was anything but beefy.

Ordered with taco bells mobile app over 20 minutes before arriving at the location and the lazy employees still hadn't started my order when I arrived ! Seemed like employees were more concerned with sitting in the lobby on the cellphone or joking around in the kitchen and not concerned with filling orders. The one employee making the food was very slow. Don't see how this location is even still in business !!!!!

I honestly rarely do this but this Taco Bell has horrible customer service. I just left there after 20 minutes of waiting for my food because the employees had attitudes. 1 I had to order my own food because no one wanted to take our orders. 2 the employees do not know how to communicate because why would you tell me your out of this and that after I’ve made my purchase and waited for my food. It’s frustrating because 1 employee tried to argue with me about their Strawberry Cream machine being down and I’m trying to explain to her that I’m not mad the machine is down I’m mad because I’ve been waiting so long for my order and you’re just telling me it’s not working. Just like I place an order for 6 Doritos tacos and nacho fries and you let me know afterwards you don’t have the shells. It’s all about communication. Not to mention it’s 9:00pm and you’re locking the doors so nobody can come in. I didn’t know the dining room close at 9!!! The service is just horrible.

Went inside to order but was forced to use the kiosk. What made it upsetting is that the cashier said the manager didn't want the employees using the main terminal to take orders. While using the kiosk, it didn't have what we wanted to order available on it. Then we had to wait extra for our order because the employees forgot about our order.

They won't hire enough staff to work the register. They force you to use the grubby and unclean Covid spreader they call the kiosk. Store is about as clean as a typical Taco Bell. Be careful coming here when it rains because Lake Bell forms in the parking lot.

Very bad experience... Customers are ignored, service is extremely slow, the dining area is dirty and workers can be found sitting in the dining area with their feet up on the table. Customer service is non-existent and good luck getting anything because they are always out of it.
