I only eat here when they have nacho fries, and they are ALWAYS delicious. 3 stars because they keep taking them away and then bring them back.

This definitely must be the worst Taco Bell in Sumter. Our first time in so we of course stand at the counter to place our order. NOBODY says ANYTHING for about 5 minutes!!!! Then an employee walks in who looks like she’s preparing for a birthday party and tells us we must use the kiosk. The other two employees still havnt acknowledged or said anything. The wife proceeds to order on the kiosk. Guess what????? To pay in cash you have to go to the register. All this and the employee who walked in starts preparing the place for a party of some sort. Even as far as to ask people to move from where they are sitting. Here we are 15 minutes in to our visit……. No food still. This is POOR service on every level!

2 star rating ! The owners should really look deep into who they hire because this location will not last long!Night shift drive through is rude and very unprofessional. They will not even take your order if they don’t wanna. Will literally just have you sitting and waiting.

Polite employees and, even if there is a short wait, the food is consistently hot and fresh. We have had flawless breakfast and lunch. This is not like other Taco Bell's in Sumter; do not waste your time there come here. Highly recommend!

This genuinely has to be the worst Taco Bell in Sumter. Ordering is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of the employees taking your order, you order on a kiosk, and half the time the employees don’t even know some of what you’ve ordered and you have to repeat your order back to them. Only 1 or 2 employees were actually focused on work while the others were laughing and talking loudly to each other. I ordered two 5-layer beefy burritos and nacho fries, the burrito was about 50% tortilla with barely any nacho cheese and some of the nacho fries were a little cold on the inside. Going to literally any other Taco Bell is better than wasting time here.

I went here on Christmas Eve, I ordered on the app and it said they would be open until 2 AM. The app let me place the order without any issues. When I arrived at the restaurant they had a sign stating: “Christmas Eve Hours: Open till 2 AM” I tried to go inside but the door to the restaurant was locked. I then tried to go through the drive thru, but no one answered. I then drove up to the window and after a few minutes of just sitting there a lady came to the window and said they were closed and that they had closed at 6 PM. She said this while there was literally a sign right next to her stating they would be open till 2 AM on Christmas Eve. I pointed this out to her and she said it was wrong. I don’t have a problem with a business closing early or all together on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, but if they are going to do so they should make it known by not accepting orders in the app after they are supposed to be closed. and posting the correct hours on their doors and in the app. I then had to deal with Taco Bell’s online support to get my order canceled and my money back.

Young woman was nice that cashed me out. The only thing wrong here was the missing taco out of my order and my friend's chalupas were super cold so I had to heat them up.

Placed an order, and for an HOUR it said it was just received. I drove all the way in to ask about it, and stood in the lobby while all 6 staff looked at me and refused to acknowledge me otherwise, FOR OVER TEN MINUTES. Meanwhile I have a screaming newborn at home, so not only am I physically uncomfortable standing there, I had to leave without getting my food and I had to cancel my order because no one apparently could be bothered? For shame, Taco Bell. This is the absolute worst service I've had here to date. Wtah, guys?**Edit: husband went back for the food, waited another 45 minutes, and it was ALL WRONG, every single item. This is genuinely idiotic. It was 7:30 on a Saturday night. Get it together Taco Bell.

I have been here several times and have yet to get decent fresh food. I'm disappointed with this location. I like taco bell but won't be eating at this one anymore.

Ordered my food through the mobile app and went to the drive-thru and picked it up service was wonderful and quickVegetarian options: They have several vegetarian options to choose from.
