Before I start, I understand a dealership will be some higher that a normal repair shop. Also, they use a labor price guide for work. On Saturday 7/22/2023 my wife carried her car into this dealership for 4 tires, which were at a decant price, service, and an aligment. She was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes total and her total labor figure was $440.90. When a went back in in on the following Monday to question this labor figure, to get them to justify the amount, the service manager just said they had a pricing structure. Still not really justified. Like I said, I understand a dealership being higher, but my wife was using them before we got married and"trusted them", but there is no way under God's blue sky that they can justify this labor anyway or form. I'd never recommend them for anything!!!! If the sevice depart will rip you off like this what do you think the sales department will do.

Just bought a car from them quick and easy service. Mckenzie was awesome. I will work with her again, no doubt about it.

Looks like some old mixed reviews on service but we had a good experience with sales today. Had a Toyota that we loved but only had it a few months before it just got totaled on a road trip accident. Called every dealer in my state (NC) and no one had one on the lot. We needed to replace asap and found a couple out of state up in the northeast and couple in Virginia (but several dealers were charging a 3k+ "market adjustment" for out of state buyers). There were a couple in NC allocated that we could put a deposit on to reserve but they were weeks to months away from the lot. When I first called Scott Wills they didn't have any but a few hours later one showed up on the lot that was being held for someone who put a deposit a long time ago. The buyer backed out and Terry called me right away. We coordinated by text and talked approximate price and then we drove the 3+ hours to the dealer to buy it the next morning. The whole time Terry was responsive answering all my questions and sent me the VIN so I could get my insurance set up on the drive down. Terry came in on his day off to get us all set. When we got there I didn't realize they had a dealer package that would have been in addition to the price we talked about. Jamie the sales manager and Terry went over all the details with us and went through a half dozen financing options to get our payment where we could afford it. Before you shop here know that they have a standard dealer package that can run up to $3999 (at least for a highlander). That's in addition to the price of the vehicle. Unlike other dealers that charge market adjustments where you get nothing for 3k, this package does include a lifetime powertrain warranty which is easily worth a couple or few thousand. We were in a very desperate situation and had driven hours for this car. They could have really taken advantage of us but they did everything they could to reconfigure the deal and get our payment where we wanted it. I really appreciate both of their support. It's frustrating that it's become so standard for these dealer add ons and final prices being thousands over MSRP. At least this dealer is offering a package with warranty instead of just adding on thousands to the cost because supply is low and they can. Really appreciate Terry and Jamie's support today. Very happy with our new highlander.

My experience with this dealership was the best out of all of the car purchases I have done especially with the market we are in right now with dealerships marking up new cars $5k to $15k above the MSRP. Fred and Rana are top notch people. From agreeing to numbers over the phone with Fred since I live in Florida and discussing extended coverages with Rana to protect my new Platinum Tundra. This dealership knows how to take care of their customers. I greatly appreciate you all and thank you so very much for the painless and the easiest car buying experience ever. I will definitely come back again to discuss purchasing another vehicle. Fred even helped with the Shipping company to load my vehicle on the trailer and kept me in the loop with everything. Thank you so much Fred and Rana.

Please check with your bank on the use car prices. Their prices are inflated. If you are going to bump up the price way over value, please add a warranty, not one oil change or 60 days. A warranty at Car Shield or some other place would be less than your inflated price. Add an extended warranty for atleast 12 months. Should do better for your customers.

They do a good job. I would try to find a way to connect a little more with customers. It feels like a transaction rather than a relationship.

Bad experience. From a nearby town, when I made the appointment (just for oil change and tire rotation), I talked through the importance of the appointment time meaning something, the fact that I was traveling and would be waiting (and had other Toyota dealerships as closer options). I was given an estimate of "at most" an hour and a half. No big job. Just oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at my appointment time, I'm checked in after a bit of a wait. The guy at that point says maybe two hours, which I wasn't happy about, but OK. A full FOUR hours later I check with the asst service manager, who says they're just getting started and it's going to be another 45 minutes. She says the guy who checked me in was new (not sure what she means he did wrong exactly) and they are short staffed today. She doesn't seem to have a record in the system of what's being done. She says the guy who checked me in and was supposed to be my contact throughout the visit has left and she's not sure what I told him I wanted done. When I finally check out, she asks ME what I had done to the car. I tell her about the coupon I brought in on the tires but of course I have no way of knowing what they actually did back there. When I got home I noticed the invoice shows alignment but not rotate and balance. So I have no idea what was actually done, and apparently no way of confirming it. It was a 5 hour wait for oil change and rotate (and I had an appointment). Won't be back. Ever.

The ad says up to $4,500 above KBB. Did you mean to put $4,500 below KBB? We are shopping around and have been to four different dealers in the past two days. Scott will Toyota being the fourth. 2 dealerships offered us $34,000 for our trade in, the third offered $36,000. Scott Will Toyota offered $31,500… KBB is $35,781-$38,341. Yikes…

Had an appointment to have new tires put on, then after being here for almost an hour, they told me they sold the tires I ordered last Friday , so they offered me different tires. After being here for over 2 hrs waiting , I asked how much longer and was told they still had to put the tires on and do my alinement, all I can say is why have an appointment!

The Scott Will mechanics took three visits to figure out how to turn off my Mazda air pressure sensor light. They need to refer to the Mazda manual because Mazdas are not identical to Toyotas. They would not listen to me when I told them there was a button to turn it off. They told me the light would just go off on its own, which it didn't. And they dismissed me each time when I said the light did not go off on its own. Very frustrating.

Great customer service. I'm at the car service center. Had brought our Tacoma in for a fuel pump recall months ago and one of the lines was leaking a bit of fuel. My husband called and I had time in between classes (our other car is in a different shop!!). Audra and Maria were excellent; had me drive over as soon as I could and they put us to the front of the line. I was in and out in 30 minutes - no joke! I couldn't be happier
