Delivery SUCKS!!! I’m getting my packages super late! It’ll say out for delivery 6:00am but still won’t get my packages until days later! This is getting ridiculous!!! Hate ordering anything that has to go to USPS! I’ll take FEDEX any day!!

Lazy delivery driver. Shitty attitudes. Poor customer service. I literally watched my delivery driver get out of the delivery van and post a piece of paper stating my package could not be delivered. The package weighed maybe 15lbs. Now I have to take time off work to go stand in line to get my package that I paid extra for delivery.

Wish I could give 0 stars.
Try calling them.
And they do not answer the phone.
It sometimes rings. Then disconnects.
Someone needs to really work on getting that place straightened out.
If I could I would never use this office again.
But unfortunately I don't have a choice

This place is trash. The service is horrible all the supervisor do is lie. I’m the one to never complain or leave a comment but for a package to not get delivered and then tell me they can’t contact the drivers at all is absolute b.s. The supervisor should be fired because to be upset you work a job you decided to get is absolutely crazy. Work some where else if you’re not happy.

The Postmaster and all of his supervisors should be fired, how do you put in a change of address 3+ times and your mail isn't forwarded, call the office 20+ times and no one answers. Incompetence at its best. Very unprofessional

The worst ever. Scan your package say it was delivered to your front door it wasn't. You have to chase down my package. Someone in their have very sticky fingers. Always trying to steal your package depending the logo on the box. I give that place a (-0).

Drivers are lazy. Driver stated driveway was not accessible. You would have to actually come down Meadow Dr first in which you did not. You choose to not finish your route. Then you or the distribution center decided on my behalf to say that I requested my package be held for pick up. Clowns that are managed by a ring master cause this place is a circus.

These people are horrible! Communication is completely off. My package was suppose to come today unfortunately they couldn’t find my address, they didn’t even have the decency to leave it at the post office soon as i got the notification they couldn’t find my address i went up there they told me already sent my package back to sender. Ridiculous! They wasted no time sending my package back. Shut this place down immediately or hire a new staff.

Crappy delivery driver who has stolen and has delivered packages to the wrong house. Support is just as crappy as they never even try to get in contact with said driver. Lost over 300 dollars worth because of this driver
