I dropped my Pixel in the parking lot and totally shattered it. Rockstar Cassandra replaced my shattered phone with latest model and transferred everything perfectly, in less than 30 mins. What a relief!! Thanks for a great job. Yes, get the Otter Box and the insurance!!

My mother received a new phone and iPad for Christmas. For some reason we couldn't get it to connect. We went to Verizon on Broad st, in Sumter Dec 26 and was helped by Lou Tomlin (I believe was her name). They had a good bit waiting to be helped, when we walked in. Lou tooked her time with helping us. Not only was she patient with us, my sister was on the phone, who purchased the items was getting help from her also. She was very knowledgeable, answered every question and not rushing us at all. Explained everything in detail to my mother. Hands down one of the best in that store. If you need help with anything with Verizon in Sumter, SC please ask for Lou Tomlin, you will not regret it. I hope her manager sees this review and let her know how great she's doing!!

Hands down best customer service provided by LOU in the Sumter Verizon. Lou was able to clearly obtain details of my concern. She worked quickly & above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Poorly understaffed! I stepped into this facility and never got approached like I used to. I walked around for 5 minutes and had no one greet me! I'm fed up...at the moment.

We went into the store today to get service for our business. We was judge IMMEDIATELY!They didn’t want to help us and kept giving us false information.The told us that they couldn’t service us because of the store hrs however I’ve worked at Verizon before and I know that wasn’t true.I was embarrassed and I will be calling corporate about this also. I will not stopped.I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life!!!I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going to this location.

Just like all the other reviews, the customer service here stinks. They act like we are bothering them and dont really pay us much attention. The lady that we talked to lied to us. We came into the store for one reason....what we needed to do to get the sunday ticket. We were told one thing and then days later told another thing. If we would have known that we wouldnt have switched. I aslo tried to get an upgrade on my phone but the lady acted like she didnt have time for it and told us some ridiculous amount that it would cost us to get a new one. We went on line to look into an upgrade and it was no whee neaar what she had said. I would not recommend going to this store at all!!

I recommend calling Verizon and staying away from the stores, especially this one. Completely uneducated on the products and services, we were told incorrect information and the employees seemed untrained and unmotivated to help. Do your own research first because they won’t be able to help and if they do it probably will be wrong.
