“I go to this store a LOT. The betta selection is the best around and they've gotten a lot better with actually taking care of them...still not the best but I don't see dead fish every time I come anymore. It usually takes awhile for help in the fish department but the newer employees are very friendly and actually make sure to inform you of proper care which I love. You can tell the newer people love the animals and care for them. This store is certainly going in the right direction from what it was.”
“My cats love Dr Addie. The cat we were having problems with after his rescue, was diagnosed with a dental disease during surgery for a couple extractions, which in his case turned into several extractions. After receiving this care, he was finally able to eat and he's just a healthy, heavier (lol) and extremely happy cat.
All 4 of our rescues go see her for all their needs. 2 outside, 2 inside. That's the clinic to take your cats!
Plus they have another young man that's joined their group. Dr Hendrix. This guy is sharp as a whip! Knowledge abounding as he saw my old rescue dog, that has cancer at Dr Bell's. Explaining in detail how his cancer is now spreading. And FYI, for those who may not know, he does perform euthanasia, which is a relief to me, my boy is on limited time now.”

“Hands down the best vet in Sumter in my opinion. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable; excellent “bedside manner”. They obviously love animals and what they do and it shows. Dr. G explains things in an easy to understand manner and will even show pictures from vet care books to help explain what you’re seeing on your pet. They are thoughtful and compassionate and just everything you would want in veterinary care.

“I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The receptionist was so helpful by working us into the schedule on a Saturday. My dog had been scratching his ear and shaking his head all night it was inflamed . The technician and doctor were fantastic and took very good care of Domino!”

“There customer service is beyond excellent. Dr. Hudson was a cool, down earth guy who seemed to have love for animals. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. Really good clinic who makes no excuses for emergency situations, they only have answers. Great veterinarian facility overall.”
